As I sit here listening to the gunfire and explosions surrounding me, I have to wonder why the world is full of IDIOTS. No, I am not in Iraq (it would be a lot Quieter there), I am in Kansas City, MO. Where every damned zipperhead is out shooting their firearms in the air with LIVE AMMUNITION. I am in the house wearing my Body Armor, I have all the animals inside the house, and hoping that a stray bullet doesn’t rip through the roof or walls and perforate anything vital.

Don’t these idiots realize that Gravity does work? Five years ago, here in KC, one Idiot went out to fire his gun in the air, only to get hit and Killed by a stray round (The bullet entered the top front of his skull and exited out of his lower back) that came from another Idiot’s New Years Celebratory Merry Making. His Case file is still open; though there is no way his case will be solved. Now there is better ways to celebrate New Years than to fire your personal artillery in the air, Fireworks are little better, why not celebrate by having friends over, pray for those in need of hope for the new year, and or by giving to those in need of aid after this last weeks worlds events.

By firing live ammunition in the air you increase the chances of causing harm to other people, and possibly their families, also it is ammunition that may needed some day, ammunitoin ain't exactly that cheap either. Come on people exercise some friggin’ common sense for a change.

To others be careful with your celebration. If you drink please don’t drive.

Today is the last Day of the Year…time to predict what will happen next year….

Yesterday day I couldn’t think of anything to rant about, so now I am sitting here listening to the call in radio show. The subject is Predictions for 2005. I thought that this would be an Excellent subject to use for today on this site or any site so feel free to use that rare psychic ability to answer this question:

Lisa Montgomery = Monster II

Lisa Montgomery, the fetus monster (registration required), at the Kansas City, Missouri Federal Court House timidly admitted to a federal magistrate that she couldn’t afford a defense attorney to defend her. None of family attended the hearing. US magistrate Judge John T. Maughmer appointed a public defender to her. She faces the possibility of life in prison or the death penalty if convicted on the charges of kidnapping that resulted in a death. The public defenders that were in the courtroom were not available for comments on the case.

Yep, I think that she will be adequately defended right into the death chamber at Terra Haute, IN. I think that these lawyers are rethinking their law careers at this very moment. This is not the case I would want to defend if I were a Criminal Defense Lawyer in the private sector. I say this based on the fact that the monster has already admitted to the crime. I think that she is going to plead not guilty by reason of insanity. But the evidence gathered suggests that this was a planned crime. I think that this going to be a short trial. I also think that she is going to waste a lot of taxpayer money to try to stay alive.

Civlity, Where has gone to?

I have just come from Paratroopers blog. After reading several post's and the coments section on those posts, How a Person be as evil as to wish harm upon people with differing viewpoints or opinions. This person, AKA GIs losing in Iraq, has wished ill will to the writer of the page, this is uncalled for in any circumstance, I know that he has wished ill will towards another writer on another site, Moorewatch, using the name Another Day, another Dead Marine, as well.Though he using two different names I know that it is him by his style of writing. I think that it is time that we stop tolerating such abhorrent behaivior. People like this should be considered no different than terrorists, a cowardly person ineptly trying to stir controversy to get attention for himself hoping that people change thier views out of fear. I will not change my views out of fear. I will not cower from a coward who wishes ill wll towards me, my family, or my country.

This person needs to be commited to an institution for psycological therapy, or at least put on 72 hour observation.

The Final Days of 2004….

It is now the final week of 2004. I am always in amazement of how fast time flies as you get older. Another year of life changing event has went by and I feel that it was only a brief lapse of time. The only thing I ask is:

What event(s) of 2004 have affected you or that you feel has changed our lives for the better or the worst?

Now I know that this is a loaded question that just invites controversy and hostility just by asking, but think of this as a debriefing from the year’s activities and one last time to get your cheap shots in. So unload your feelings to start the New Year right, with a fresh new perspective.

Merry Christmas Y’all

I have sat here thinking of a prayer and only came up with a bunch of gibberish. My only thing I can think of to give the readers of this site is my best wishes to you and yours for the holidays.

To those in harms way in foreign lands, I offer prayers of safe return, Please keep up the good work you are doing, we here at home are proud of you all. May the will of god keep you and protect you in your duties.

For those who have lost loved ones in harms way, I can only quote Abraham Lincoln, for it is the only fitting words to you all that have given so much in this time of crisis and I quote, “ I pray that our Heavenly Father may assuage the anguish of your bereavement and leave you only the cherished memory of the loved and lost, in the solemn pride that must be yours to have laid so costly a sacrifice on the Alter of Freedom.”

The big story.....Christmas is coming

It looking a lot like Christmas or should I say the holiday Season. Any way I am taking some time to prepare Christmas for my family,. I will leave a message on the twenty fifth. but until then I will be spending time with family.

Lisa Montgomery= Monster.....

Lisa Montgomery is going in front of a Federal Magistrate at the federal court house here in Kansas City, MO. I am sure that she will be remanded with out bail, we can't have a monster like this walking the streets with civilized society. Next is the possibilty that this story will be covered on Court TV. How many will watch the trial of this monster? I will keep an eye and ear on this monster's trial. But I think that this monster is going to suffer the same fate as the other monster on death row, Scott Peterson. I think that she will be facing Lethal Injection at Terra Haute, Indiana.

Well, she has admitted to her Crime, at least. She will probably claim insanity, though I don't see the potential jurors or a Federal Judge falling for that. She had premeditated this activity, she found Bobbie Jo Stinton on the Internet Saw that she was Pregnant and formulated a Plan to steal her Infant for her own. This is murder in the first dergree. This is a murder committed in the commission of a felony kidnapping that crossed state lines, this is a Capitol felony and the only answer for this crime is a fitting punishment. Is she worth the $50K a year of taxpayer money to be kept alive in a federal prison? My answer is most emphaticcally NO. the consquence fitting for her actions is death.

Hopefully justice will be served for Bobbie Jo Stinton.

What is it with people today, Killing a pregnant woman just to get an 8 month old fetus?

The Missouri State Patrol is searching for female with blond hair driving a red car, unfortunately that is the only description that they have to go on. Appaerantly this monster has strangled a pregnant woman in her home and then cut the body open and stole the fetus, yes that's right the FETUS. Now some of you may think that this monster, must not be judged until she is caught and tried in the court of law. I am sorry, but i disagree this is the effect of Main Stream Media, it braodly creates judgement well before this monster is ever brought to justice. This is why it is very hard to find jurors that are not biased about certain cases. This case will make nationwide news coverage in one hour after it is broadcast I garuntee it. There will be nowhere this monster can be tried after she/it is caught..

A Note About Deserters and the Groups that Encourage, Aid, and Abet Them to Desert….

Pablo Paredes, Brandon Huey, and Jeremy Hinzman; what do these men have in common? They have all deserted their posts in United States Armed Forces during a time of war. These cowards did not even file for conscientious objector status, they just packed up and ran from their posts. Where did they run to? They ran to Canada. They have applied for Political Asylum. Now here is the real sad part of this entire story, these cowards had help from Anti-War protest groups. Yep, Anti-War protesters gave them food, shelter, and a ride to Canada; they are paying for legal counsel for these cowards. And to top it all of the Anti-War protesters are actively encouraging Our service men and women that question the United States actions and policies to desert their posts. It only a matter of time when these cowards are returned to the United States to Face Court Martial.

Now about the anti-war group I view as Majorly involved with with the seditious act of encouraging cowards to desert the armed forces in the time of war, Not In Our Name (http://www.notinourname.net). This anti-war protest group has aided this bunch of cowards openly, by providing shelter, comfort, and driving these cowards to Canada. They are also paying for these cowards legal counsel. Now don't get me wrong, I am for the right to protest, it is a concept protected in the US Constitution; But, I am not in favor of sedition and treason, these are concepts against the US Constitution. By encouragiong Service men and women to desert when they question their orders and the policies and actions of the US Government in Iraq, is of the lowest moral standard. these people need to stand trial for these crimes against the United States of America. I think that plea bargains for reduced sentances should be given to these cowards who give the names of those who encouraged them to desert, sheltered them, and drove them to Canada. These people then can stand trial with these deserter and recieve the consequences of their actions.

As i said I would write the first three to five paragraphs for a story to be completed by you the readers the most suggested genre will be the story i will start and the one that you finish.

Day two....hey Blogging is fun.....What's the big Idea?

It has been two days now that I have been here in blogger land. and I haven't been trashed severly yet. Now on to business.

I have been trying to keep up with the sites that i normally frequent, para with his very well reseached and written ideology, and up4's h2ocooler site Jessicarrot's site etc etc that i found myself not thinking of a story to tell yet.

So here goes nothing again......

It has started, as anything else that escapes my mind has started, a big void that takes shape as an idea, not a concept, but an idea.. Not just any idea , but a big idea, That I will make into a Movie, a big idea that will net me lots of money, a big idea that will bring me fame, and maybe, just maybe it will be a big idea that will make me popular, it has to be a big idea that will rally the people to my big idea, it has to be a big idea that cause change in the world, and it has to be a big idea to get people to blindly follow me into the future. This big idea has to be a good big idea that people will quote me, as if I were the word of god, and that this big idea can be treated as gospel. This big idea will capture an award, and I will have another big idea that I can unleash upon the people and....... Huh...what the hell is this crap.... OH MY GOD...... I thought was going to explode.... I was possesed by Michael Moore.... NOW I know why he is so FAT....He is full of shit. That is the last time I open my mind up to write a Story....Until next ime y'all.

Scott Peterson get's the Death penalty

I don't think that a link is really necessary for this title, Scott Peterson is getting what he truly deserves... Death, The jurors have decided correctly that this monster has no right to life in civilized society After killing Laci (his wife) and Conner (his unborn son). he decided he could go back to his carefree single days. Why he couldn't be bothered to get a divorce instead, it just boggles my mind. It is to bad that there will be appeals for this monster to try to have him reside in a prison for life at the taxpayer expense of $40,000 a year. This monster is now fighting to save his own life when he should have been more honorable than he was. He should have been a MAN and honored his oath at the alter when he committed his life to share with Laci. He was with a beautiful young lady who loved him enough to bare his unborn son, which he betrayed by murdering them so he could go back to a carefree selfish single life.

Death is is just right for Scott Peterson, justice is served.

OK, I am thinking (as steam billows out from my ears)...

Ok, I have thought about what this site will represents, it is no easy task in any sense of representation, I figure this is a site of stories (true, fictional, fantasy, and/or news editorial) a journal. Audience participation is welcome and encouraged. I want to try something on fridays I will write the first three to five paragraphs and the audience members will write one paragraph each,. the story will end at midnght; the last paragraphin at midnight will finish the story. On thursday the audiance will get to pick the genre of the story, and challenge the lead writer to craft the storyline.

I will occaisionally have a rant that I feel is important to address, As per with the other sites that we frequent; comment, debate and questions are also strongly encouraged.
