Looters Looting in Disaster Area....
Looters are taking advantage of the aftermath in the Southern Disaster Area. Now I have a very simple solution to this situation.

- The governors of these affacted States can and should activate the National Guard units and need to activate the unorganized militia to work in conjunction with the National Guard Forces.
- Enact a curfew, suspend the State Constitution, and declare Martial Law. If this not possible to contain the looting situation, the President or F.E.M.A. need to federalize the National Guard and Suspend the US Constitution for Louisana and Missippi, as well as the States Constitution for Louisana and Missippi, And enact Martial Law.
- All looters will be shot on site, survivors will be prosecuted under the U.C.M.J.

Sure it will... why not drop a nuclear bomb just in case the strategy fails? Or even better: declare communism and enjoy a fresh new start.

The bomb has already been dropped in a sense, if you haven't noticed it was called Hurricane Katrina.
Who said anything about Changing to a new political stucture/system? All I suggested was a suspension of the US Constitution until the Emergency was over. Several US Presidents HAVE suspended the US Constitution for several regions after a natural disaster or regional crisis involving national interests. Let me site a couple of instances,1.) The Coal miners strike in 1902 in Pennsylvania, if I remember correctly President McKinley suspended the US Constitution for two Counties and Sent the US Army into the two counties of Pennsylvania and disarmed the sherriffs and the police forces as well as all of the citizens to prevent further conflict between the miners and the companies that employed them until a settlement could be reached during President Theodore Roosevelt tenure. and 2.) The Los Angeles Riots 1997, President George H. W. Bush Suspended the US Constitution for the City of Los Angeles and then federalized the California National Guard to bolster the LAPD. In both Cases the US Constitution was restored within days after order was restored.
Every single maniac with guns willing to over protect looted stolen goods will be dead maniacs, any maniac that survived being shot will be state, federal, and/or in Some cases military prosecuted maniacs. If the maniacs are found guilty they will be incarcerated convicted maniacs. What part of this do you not understand?
