The land in the city in which you reside or operate a business on can be taken away from you by your local government and be given to devolopers who can show that it will be beneficial to the local economy. I for see a another civil war coming just because there are a Bunch of liberal commies sitting on the Supreme Court who have a hard time interpreting the Constitution of the United States of America. Are the five that re-wrote the Fifth Amendment really this Fucking Stupid. If I buy a Property it is mine, it has MY NAME ON IT, not the city in which I reside. The Supreme Court needs to remember they are there to interpret the law in accordance to the Constitution. The five who were in the majority need to be impeached as they are nothing more a bunch of communist assholes, like most liberals are.
