In the State of Missouri, this is our constitutional right:

Sec. 23. That the right of every citizen to keep and bear arms in
defense of his home, person and property, or when lawfully
summoned in aid of the civil power, shall not be questioned;
(but this shall not justify the wearing of concealed weapons.)
concealed carry is allowed with permit.

The State of Missouri statutes TITLE V , SECTION 41.050. Yes, I practice my rights and duties as defined in the US and state Constitutions and I practice my duties under the state and federal codes as a unorganized militia as I feel it is my obligation to do so.
