Now we are going to pay for supposedly cleaning up the mess of those most directly responsible for this complete mismanagement of Fannie mae and freddie mac.
The approval rating of Congress has to be really taking a hit right now. With passing this 700 billion dollar bailout for the loan markets, has really pissed me off to no end as an United States Citizen. I thought that most of representatives have pulled their heads out of their asses when they voted the first bailout plan down. But with the Senate addition of some sugar and pork this plan was pushed through a second time. So with a little lubricant and some pressure from the senate, most the representatives in the House were able to push their heads back up their asses.

After looking at the revised bill, I cannot honestly believe that these moronic politicians were actually that fucking stupid as to pass this monstrosity on their constituents, especially the two presidential candidates that are running for office. It would have been better to let the economy tank. This would have been a recession if they would have left it alone, now it looks like it is going to be a prolonged and devastating blow to our economy. Especially when they print more worthless money to back up this plan. There is no change at all with the bill as it was proposed by the house, there was only three pages to start, when the senate finished negotiating this bill became 451 pages long, in order to pass this bill the Senate added Pork.

This crap HAS TO STOP. It is time to hold ALL INVOLVED WITH THIS FIASCO TO ACCOUNT. This act of democratic socialism cannot be allowed to go unrecognized or to be tolerated by the citizens of this nation. I say it time for We the people, to give these career politicians a pink slip, and hire new help that will DO THEIR JOB as the people require them to do. I for one I am not taking a bite of this giant shit sandwhich that was served to the people by this congress.

I have just watched a news report out of St Louis, Missouri on the Obama "truth squads" that seek to go after groups or individuals that "falsely" and openly criticize Obama's character, his policy and his supposed "experience." Governor Matt Blunt has responded to this report, And I Quote:

What Senator Obama and his helpers are doing is scandalous beyond words, the party that claims to be the party of Thomas Jefferson is abusing the justice system and offices of public trust to silence political criticism with threats of prosecution and criminal punishment.

Now I am going to challenge these liberal cowards to put my ass in jail because I believe that having character is something that is important to me, and that questioning someones character is important in any campaign. With this political stratagem, it shows that Obama's character to be weak, as are those that have agreed to take part in this Obama "truth Squad." St. Louis City Circuit Attorneys Jennifer Joyce and Bob McCulloch are nothing more than Political Bullies that need to disbarred from practicing law of any type.

Any chief law enforcement officer, Sheriff, or there duly sworn deputies that take part in the political crackdown on free speaking on supposed "false" political character or policy view of a presidential candidate, deserve to be thrown out of that career. They also need to prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for the act of liberal cowardice to suppress political discourse on the presidential campaign. We the people are the ones that control this election, not the candidates it about time the candidates learn this simple fact.

I will now say that these office holders need to be removed from their office, as they are of low moral character and violators of the Constitution of the State of Missouri and the Constitution of the United States. Senator Obama Should withdraw from the Election solely because he has no moral fiber, nor the courage to stand up to opposing criticism to his views or his character. to respond to those that actually do research on his experience and past background and reveal it to the public by threatening to prosecute them for actual facts, or criticism shows the people that Obama is the coward I make him out to be in this post.

Hmmm, I think the state of New York has a new governor today. and I think this picture proves that fact. What an idiot to think that he is above the law. Although the police have said there is going to be no charges filed, it does not mean the FBI won't investigate the situation. I don't care if you are Republican or Democrat, if engage in any illegal activity that brings dishonor to the office that you hold, you need to have a very hard and painful reality check slammed hard against you.

There is something about holding office that politicians need to remember, you are always in the public eye. Holding an office is the will of the people that elected you to it, and you should be an example to follow, Unfortunately Spitzer has decided to stay in office; to bad that there to many idiots that will support this criminal that is in office. I personally think that it should be illegal for attorneys and anyone that has a political science degree to run for office. Common everyday citizens should be the only ones eligible to run for any office (including the presidency), it does say "We The People of the United States," not "we the politicians or the united states" on the US Constitution after all.

Abstract

“A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

(United States Constitution, Second Amendment)

The founding fathers amended the Constitution with the Bill of Rights to ensure That the God given rights of the people would not be violated by the Federal Government, It is a reminder to those in power in the government where the power to govern comes from, directly from the consent of the people. Without these reminders, the government becomes a democracy not the constitutional republic that the founding fathers created. Part of this is the fact that the Second Amendment gives the people the last resort of force of arms to overthrow a tyrannical government that has usurped or overstepped the power that “We The People” consent to them. In recent years, starting in 1934, the government began the spiral of laws to control who can and cannot own specific types of weapons under the guise of crime prevention.

Recent Attempts at Gun-control and passage of Past Crime Control laws are constitutional violations of the Second Amendment that do not control violent crime and violent criminal activities involving weapons, but has destabilized American Sovereignty and usurped the power of the people over the Federal Government through the disarmament of the Unorganized Militia. The reason for this research is to show that the almost 40,000 laws of gun control that were passed target only one group of people, the law abiding citizens and not the criminals that violate the laws that were meant to stop them from possessing weapons. These laws are unconstitutional because they are specifically to protect the government from civil uprising in event that the government usurps the power given them by the people. The real reason for gun control is to control the innocent only.

My research method is simply to read documents of the period as to obtain an insight of what the founding fathers meant and current research of the Second Amendment by legal and constitutional scholars of the Second Amendment Meanings. I will read laws and statutes concerning who composes the militia and how the militia is to be equipped. I will read documents and journals on the effectiveness of gun control on violent crime. And most importantly point out as to why gun control destabilizes American sovereignty and usurps the power of the people over the Government.

Gun Control is not about Crime prevention

How well does gun control prevent crime? Has gun control had any direct affect upon the use of firearms in violent crime? How many criminal prosecutions have occurred of criminals in possession of and attempted possession of firearms? How many law-abiding citizens have been denied their rights to own firearms? What do criminals actually think about the gun control laws directed against them? These questions are asked everyday by gun control and anti-gun control advocates.

In the policy study “Taking Aim at Gun Control” by Daniel D. Polsby and Dennis Brennen, they have found that there is and were no “relationship” between the number of privately owned firearms and the amount of crime in the United States. In fact firearm ownership had increased “73 percent – from 122 million to nearly 222 million” (Polsby, Brennen, 1995) In another fact, it was found there was no “relationship between gun control laws and violent crime” Studies that supposedly shown a “negative relationship between gun control and violent crime were plagued by some serious methodological weaknesses.” Such as selective use of data (all studies suffer from this weakness and all studies should be taken with a grain of salt), and a lack of measure of the real impact of gun control laws on the state of gun ownership. (Polsby and Brennen, 1995) These are issues that continue to this day.[i]

The Federal Bureau of investigation has shown there has been a decline in violent crime, however the drop was in swing well before the Brady gun control act was enacted. The FBI Statistics show 55% murders involved firearms in 2005[ii] compare this with 1995 percentage of 68% it shows a clear drop in firearms use[iii], but when you look at the total percentage of weapons used in violent crime overall only comes to 25% in 2005[iv] when compared to 61% in 1995[v] (weapons defined by the FBI’s Uniform Crime report were personal i.e. hands, feet, fists etc. including firearms, which only were used in 30% of the reported crimes)[vi]. The FBI crime statistics also show that gun control had no significant effect in deterring violent crime committed with firearms by criminals. That insight causes one to ask the question: what was the point of gun control again?

In the Brady Act (named for James Brady, a victim in the failed assassination attempt of Ronald Reagan in 1981) Sarah Brady, Lobbyist and chairperson of Handgun Control Inc., stated that the act would not stop violent crime but was an important first step in the creation of a Socialist America.[vii] The simple fact is that all of the Gun Control Acts had no intention of preventing crime; they were in effect means of controlling law-abiding citizens, as the criminal mindset violate laws that are meant to “deter” them. The real purpose of gun control is to stop those from having the means to resist a criminal act or an oppressive government.

In Parker v. D.C. the United States Court of Appeals ruled that the second Amendment is an individual right, and that the cities view that the right to keep and bear arms only applied to the states militia was incorrect and that the laws themselves violated the second amendment. Right of the people to keep and bear arms. Washington D.C. has some of the most draconian gun control laws in America, to the point it was illegal to transport fire arms from one room in a dwelling to another room in the same dwelling without a permit to do so from the chief of the Washington D.C. Police Department. Shelly Parker wanted to keep a functional firearm in her home for defensive purposes due to the neighborhood in which she resided, but the city firearms laws prevented her from doing so. The laws were supposedly in place to prevent criminal activities with firearms, yet the District of Columbia still has one of the highest violent crime rates in our nation involving firearms. This lawsuit has established that gun control laws only control the law abiding and not the criminal element that was the supposed target of the laws.

The pro gun control advocates have also made the argument that the only people that can protect individuals from crime are the police, this is not only wrong but a very dangerous statement that sends the wrong message to the public, as the courts have long held the precedent that the government and its agencies have no duty or obligation to protect any individual, their duty is to protect the public at large. The “no duty to protect individuals” rulings date back to 1856 starting with South v. Maryland[viii] to the most recent ruling in Castle Rock v. Gonzalez[ix], in light of the “no duty to protect an individual” rulings, how does the individual defend themselves and their family against violent criminal predation when the government legislates their means of defense into a criminal act?

In Guns, Crimes, and Freedom by Wayne LaPierre, cites a study conducted in 1985 by professors James Wright and Peter Rossi for the National Institute of Justice. Wright and Rossi interviewed 1800 plus prisoners over a period three years to determine how the predator search out their prey and found that:

· 81 % agreed that “smart criminals” will attempt to find out if a potential victim is armed

· 74% felt that burglars avoided occupied dwellings for fear of being shot

· 57% felt that the typical criminal feared being shot by citizens more than being shot by the police

· 57% percent of “handgun predators had encountered armed citizens

· 39% did not commit a specific crime for fear that the victim was armed

· 69% of “handgun predators” personally knew of other criminals who were scared off or shot at by armed victims

(Wright and Rossi, 1985 as Cited by LaPierre, 1994; p. 26)

What does this information say about criminals in general? This information says that criminals prefer easy targets, which will be safer for them to commit crime. If a potential victim looks like they can resist then the criminal will look for easier prey.

In cities that enacted severe gun control measures, the criminals know that the victims are not able to defend themselves and there would be little or no chance of physical harm to themselves when they commit any crime against their intended prey. The cities that have gun bans also have some of the highest violent crime rates in the United States. As of the 2004 Philadelphia PA, had the highest violent crime rate per 100,000 People at 1,408.3 followed by Washington D.C. at 1,371.2, and Dallas TX., 1,315.7. Out of the three the city with the highest homicide rate is Washington D.C. with at rate of 35.8 per 100,000 Dallas is the lowest of the three at 20.2.[x] Chicago and Washington D.C. have some of the most draconian gun control laws in existence and yet those laws do not do anything to ebb the violent crimes that occur within their cities. This Information also does not take into account of possible defensive uses of violence for self-defense, especially in the case of Dallas TX, which allows concealed carry.

The more effective means to take against violent crime isn’t passing laws that work against the law-abiding citizens; it is enforcing the laws already in place against those that violate those laws. Punishment must be swift and sure against violent criminals, to the point that criminals will become examples to those who think about committing a criminal act. Most importantlallow the law abiding the means to effectively protect themselves from violent criminal acts, which is in most cases firearms. Benjamin Franklin said it best: “Those who give up essential Freedoms in the name of safety, deserve neither freedom nor safety.”

What the Founding Fathers Really Intended with the Second Amendment

“THE Conventions of a number of States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution expressed a desire in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added. And as extending the ground of public confidence in government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.”

(Preamble of the first ten Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, 1791)

The founding fathers wrote essays, both pro and con on the new government they were bringing forth to the people of the United States. The federalist papers and the anti federalist papers shown the good and bad points of this new experiment that is the constitutional republic. The federalists argued that the government as it was enough to protect the peoples rights, and the fact the people were armed there was no way the government could take away their god given rights that was established within the Declaration of Independence. The anti federalist view was that if there wasn’t a bill of rights, it was hard for the people to know what those rights were and what their stake in this new nation that the constitution would bring forth, the compromise that got the states to ratify the Constitution of the United States was that the Constitution would be amended with a Bill of Rights.

Alexander Hamilton, and James Madison were the main contributors to the Federalist Papers and Patrick Henry, Richard Henry Lee, and Common men named “Brutus” and “A Democratic Federalist” were contributors to the Anti-federalist papers. Both sides extolled the virtues of citizens being armed in the face of a tyrannical government, because they felt that an armed citizenry is able to resist the usurpations of a government bent on total control of power over the people, it also was meant to keep the United States a sovereign nation, by ensuring that there would enough man power to repel an invasion, Indian attacks on settlements, and to preserve the peace from all enemies foreign and domestic (even if that enemy is our own government). There was to be no standing army in this new nation, the defense of this nation was to solely dependant upon the people responding to the nations call. The federalists and anti federalists considered that a standing army was a threat to liberty, but both had differing ideals in how the militia should be controlled. The anti federalist felt that the militia should not be under federal control, but that the states should be in control of their respective militias as it was established within the Articles of Confederation. An anonymous writer calling himself “A Democratic Federalist” wrote in Anti Federalist No. 29:

“…The absolute command of congress over the militia may be a destructive of public liberty; for under the guidance of an arbitrary government, they may be made the unwilling instruments of tyranny.”

(A Democratic Federalist, 1787)

He felt that the Government would let the power of controlling an army go to there heads and would quickly result in tyranny and despotism that would “quell the liberties” that the people fought long and hard for during the Revolutionary War. In fact he was slightly prophetic in his view of the standing army and in what it would take to maintain that possible army:

“The standing army must be numerous, and as a further support it wilt be the policy of this government to multiply officers in every department, judges, collectors, tax gatherers, excisemen, and the whole host of revenue officers, will swarm over the land, devouring the hard earnings of the industrious like the locusts of old, impoverishing and desolating all before them.”

(A Democratic Federalist, 1787)

Alexander Hamilton wrote two articles in The Federalist that concerned the federal control of the militia and the limits on the government concerning the militia. He gives some examples as to when militias can be called to duty by the states and some examples as to when the militia can be called out by the federal government. In concerns to the states calling out the militia would to be stopping a civil insurrection or riot. In the chance of federal government calling the militia to duty would be in the case of one state invading another or a state creating a standing force, invasion by a foreign army, or Indian attacks on the frontiers of the fledgling nation. He also brings attention to preserving the union as a possible viability of the militia. Mr. Hamilton did make it very clear that the possible scenarios presented would be met with force proportional “to the extent of the mischief.”

Mr. Hamilton also included the right of the people to revolt in the face of a tyrannical government:

· “If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self defense which is paramount to all positive forms of government, and which against the usurpations of the national rulers, may be exerted with infinitely better prospect of success than against those rulers of an individual state. In a single state, if the persons entrusted with supreme power become usurpers, the different parcels, subdivisions, or districts of which it consists, having no distinct government in each, can take no regular measures for defense. The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms, without concert, without system, without resource, except in their courage and despair. The usurpers, clothed with forms of legal authority, can too often crush the opposition in embryo. The smaller the extent of the territory, the more difficult will it be to defeat their early efforts. Intelligence can be more speedily obtained of their preparations and movements, and the military force in possession of the usurpers can be more rapidly directed against part where the opposition has begun. In this situation there must be a peculiar coincidence of circumstances to insure success to the popular resistance.”

(Hamilton, 1787)

James Madison also contributed to the debate on the virtues of the constitution he wrote in the Federalist N0. 46 titled The Influence of the State and Federal Government in particular to the anti federalists:

· “The adversaries of the constitution seem to have lost sight of the people altogether in their reasoning on the subject, and to have viewed these different establishments not only as mutual rivals and enemies, but as uncontrolled by any common superior in their efforts to usurp the authorities of each other. These gentlemen must be here reminded of their error. They must be told that the ultimate authority, wherever the derivative may be found, resides in the people alone, and that it will not depend merely on the comparative ambition or address of the different governments, what either, or which of them will be able to enlarge its sphere of jurisdiction at the expense of the other. Truth, no less than decency, requires that the event in every case should be supposed to depend on the sentiments and sanction of their common constituents.”

(Madison, 1788)

Madison shows that the purpose of the government is to serve the people’s wishes, and that when or if that government violates the “sentiments and sanctions” there can be consequences for those violations. Madison suggests that if there were a standing army accumulated for the purpose of ambition, the people would be able to constitute a force that would out number that army:

· “…That a state government, with the people on their side, would be able to repel the danger. The highest number to which, according to the best computation, a standing army can be carried in any country, does not exceed one hundredth part of the whole number of souls, or one twenty fifth part of the number able to bear arms. This proportion would not yield, in the United States (at that period of time, though looking at the current military population it is about the same levels as described then) in the United States, an army of more than twenty-five or thirty thousand men. To these would be opposed a militia amounting to near half a million of citizens with arms in their hands, officered by men chosen from among themselves, fighting for their common liberties and united and conducted by governments possessing their affections and confidence…Besides the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which the people are attached, and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of.”

(Madison, 1788)

Madison proposed the Bill of rights during the first congress, he proposed 12 articles of which ten were re-written into simpler terms that could be understood by the common man, the first rights and government restrictions were something that the government could not take away from the people in any way, these were god given rights that existed before the constitution was written, These articles placed limits upon the government, the most important of which showed that the people held the most important power over the head of the government the power of force that now resides in the Second Amendment, to be used only when all other means of resolving the conflict of a tyrannical government fails.

When you look at the most important official United States document see that the Constitution supports that document better than the Articles of Confederation did, which Document do I speak of? I speak of the Declaration of Independence penned by Thomas Jefferson and presented to congress on 4 July 1776. In it he listed the reasons for severing ties from Great Britain, and why it should be done. In the most important paragraph of this document he writes:

“We hold these truths self evident, that all Men are created equal… Governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers the consent of the governed, that whenever any form f government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the people to alter or abolish it, and institute new government, laying its Foundation on such principals and organizing it powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, Indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes…But when a long train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security.”

(Jefferson, 1776)

I think that the founding fathers new what the exact cost of freedom was and in order to secure the freedom that cost was going to have to be paid through the force of arms. The people were in possession of arms to secure our freedom. They remembered the price that was paid by the people for the creation of this nation, and they ensured that price with the Bill of Rights, so they would not forget whom they work for. To bad the current elected representatives only selectively remember this point and the history behind it.

The Militia, What it really is.

Gun Control Advocates maintain that the right to keep and bear arms was and is reserved to the state militia and that the militia was meant to be the National Guard only. To see this statement as patently false is simply for someone to look at the Definition of the militia according to the United States Codes (USC) and the statutes of the state that you live in. for example in Title 10 of the USC §§ 311 and 312:

§ 311. Militia: composition and classes

(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.

(b) The classes of the militia are—

(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and

(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia. (In other words the rest of the people)

§ 312. Militia duty: exemptions

(a) The following persons are exempt from militia duty:

(1) The Vice President.

(2) The judicial and executive officers of the United States, the several States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

(3) Members of the armed forces, except members who are not on active duty.

(4) Customhouse clerks.

(5) Persons employed by the United States in the transmission of mail.

(6) Workmen employed in armories, arsenals, and naval shipyards of the United States.

(7) Pilots on navigable waters.

(8) Mariners in the sea service of a citizen of, or a merchant in, the United States.

(b) A person who claims exemption because of religious belief is exempt from militia duty in a combatant capacity, if the conscientious holding of that belief is established under such regulations as the President may prescribe. However, such a person is not exempt from militia duty that the President determines to be noncombatant.

These statutes were originally part of the Dick Act of 1903, which reorganized the Militia Act of 1792, 1865, and 1882. (The purpose of the Dick Act was restructure the militia into the National Guard, in response to the failure of the militia to answer the call of congress to the Spanish American War) Now the National Guard is part of the United States Army as all soldiers that join the National Guard are Required to Dual enroll to the state National Guard and the United States Army, the Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that the National Guard is a reserve component of the US Army that can be federalized into the US Army and that it is not the militia force as originally conceived by the founding fathers. Yet the Unorganized Militia Class still exists in current law. In The militia and the Right to Arm, or, How the Second Amendment Fell Silent by H. Richard Ulliver and William G. Merkel state that The Militia Act of 1792 was repealed by the dick act, this not the case The Militia Act of 1792 was never has been repealed[xi], based on what I have read in their (Ulliver and Merkel’s) end notes the Dick Act only reorganized the militia into two distinct classes Organized militia and the Unorganized militia there was not a statement that said “the Uniform Militia Act of 1792 is hereby repealed;” so therefore The Militia Act of 1792 is still enforceable in regards to the Unorganized Militia. The Militia Act of 1792 specifies who the Militia is and the arms they are required to have. The requirements are under the act:

· …That each and every free able-bodied white male citizen (this has changed to include all males in Title 10 of the USC) who is or shall be of age of eighteen years (it is now 17 years of age) and under the age of forty five years (except as is herein excepted) shall severally and respectively be enrolled in the militia, by the captain or commanding officer of the company (this has been changed through the Selective Service Act. The enrollment is now done through the United States Post Office. All males of 18 years of age to 26 years of age are required to enroll, and are therefore members of the Unorganized Militia are enrolled as it stands in the Militia Act of 1792), within those bounds such citizen shall reside, and that within twelve months after passing this Act and it shall …

· That every citizen, so enrolled and notified shall within six months thereafter, provide himself with a good musket or firelock (the firelock statement was made in accordance with the technological developments and advancements being made continuously to the firearm), a sufficient bayonet and belt, two spare flints (this has since changed also), and a knapsack, a pouch, with a box therein, to contain not less than twenty four cartridges, suited to the bore of his musket or firelock, each cartridge to contain a proper quantity of power and ball; or with a good rifle, knapsack, shot pouch and power-horn, twenty balls suited to the bore of his rifle, and a quarter of a power of power, and shall appear so armed, accoutered and provided, when called out to exercise or into service, except, when called out on company days to exercise only, he may appear without a knapsack. (Today this gear would be the equal or equivalent to the gear that is issued to each of our soldiers in the armed services)

Under 10 USC § 311 (b) Unorganized Militia, all able bodied males are required to be armed (most often at our own expense) with the equivalent arms of the standing armed forces of our nation, and required to train with our arms on appointed days by order of the local commander of the state militia under the provisions established by the Militia act of 1792, this provision is rarely enforced on the unorganized militia and does make the state reserve forces in rather poor condition; this fact in my opinion constitutes a severe threat to the states sovereignty and the nations sovereignty.

In the state of Missouri, where I live statutes also define what the classes of militia are and who are members of the militia:

· State militia, members.

· 41.050. The militia of the state shall include all able-bodied citizens and all other able-bodied residents, who, in the case of the unorganized militia and the Missouri reserve military force, shall be more than seventeen years of age and not more than sixty-four, and such other persons as may upon their own application be enrolled or commissioned therein, and who, in the case of the organized militia, shall be within the age limits and possess the physical and mental qualifications prescribed by law or regulations for the reserve components of the armed forces of the United States, except that this section shall not be construed to require militia service of any persons specifically exempted by the laws of the United States or the state of Missouri.

· Militia service, persons exempt.

· 41.060. The following persons shall be exempt from militia service:

· Persons exempt from militia service by the laws of the United States;

· Regular or duly ordained ministers of religion, or duly elected church officials regularly conducting church services, or those recognized by their church as devoting the major portion of their time to the practice of religion;

· Students preparing for the ministry in recognized theological or divinity schools.

· Organized and unorganized militia.

· 41.070. 1. The militia of the state is divided into two classes, the organized militia and the unorganized militia.

· 2. The organized militia shall consist of the following:

· Such elements of the land and air forces of the National Guard of the United States as are allocated to the state by the President or the Secretary of Army or Air, and accepted by the state, hereinafter to be known as the national guard and the air national guard;

· Such elements of the reserve naval forces of the United States as are allocated to the state by the President or the Secretary of the Navy, and accepted by the state, hereinafter called the naval militia; and the

· Missouri reserve military force, when organized.

· 3. The unorganized militia shall consist of all persons liable to serve in the militia but not commissioned or enlisted in the organized militia.

· Reserve military force--powers of governor.

· 41.490. The governor shall have the power to organize from the unorganized militia of Missouri a reserve military force for duty within or without the state to supplement the Missouri National Guard or replace it when it is mobilized in federal service. The Missouri reserve military force may be used to execute the laws, suppress insurrections, repel invasion, suppress lawlessness, and provide emergency relief to distressed areas in the event of earthquake, flood, tornado, or actual or threatened enemy attack or public catastrophe creating conditions of distress or hazard to public health and safety beyond the capacity of local or established agencies. The force shall consist of such organized troops, auxiliary troops, staff corps and departments, as the governor deems necessary. The governor shall prescribe the strength and composition of the various units of the same, uniform and insignia and the qualifications of its members, and shall have the power to grant a discharge there from for any reason deemed by him sufficient.

In many cases the unorganized militia is required to maintain there own equipment at there own expense, because the equipment that is maintained by the National Guard is actually federal property. The states haven’t maintained their own armory for almost 90 years. All able bodied males in the state of Missouri is subject call for militia duty, whether they are organized or unorganized militia. Which means the gun control acts that prohibit or would prohibit possession of arms are technically grievous violations of the Second Amendment, the USC, and state laws that require a large part of the population to be members of a militia force subject to call in service to the state and to the federal government and denies them the weapons that is essentially needed to perform their duties when called upon by the state and/or the nation. Gun control is a clear and present danger to the sovereignty of the United States and does disarm the Unorganized Militia.

Conclusion

In their final paragraph in the book The Militia and the right to arms, or, how the second amendment fell silent, Ulliver and Merkel make this statement:

· “…On the pressing question of gun control, the Constitution is neutral. The Second Amendment would take no notice if Congress, appalled by the prevalence of gun-assisted crimes, outlawed all handguns and assault rifles in private hands. By the same Token, the congress could vacate the field, and a similar retreat by the states, the National Rifle Association would realize its fondest wish, and every clean competent adult would be allowed free purchase and proud ownership of firepower of every description. So we conclude: let the great debate continue to rage-in the democratic branch where it belongs. But let us understand at last the Second amendment has no voice in the matter.”

To this I would have to vehemently disagree, the second amendment does have a very loud voice in this matter, without this amendment “We The People” would have no means to maintain control over our freedom and government without this most important amendment. Politicians need to understand that they are no different than the people and that if they pass laws that step over the line and represses the people, they will have a very high price to pay for that transgression the second amendment is a means that ensures that the people have power over the government.

The articles I have read do present a clear view of the unconstitutionality of gun control, that only deprives people of their right to arms as guaranteed by the second amendment, the literature clearly shows that information even in the journal article “The Embarrassing Second Amendment” by Sanford Levinson shows that the Second Amendment is an individual right, Mr. Levinson hoped there wasn’t. But he said the best way to enforce gun control would be to “Repeal the embarrassing Second Amendment.” I personally could not think of a more dangerous thing to do in the United States than to repeal the second amendment. These books and articles do contain information that shows that gun control is not about crime control, but actually about loss of control of the people over the government, the destruction of the US Constitution, and American sovereignty. In the book Citizens Guide to Gun Control by Franklin E. Zimring and Gordon Hawkins state:

“No Doubt, some future gun tragedy might provide the spur for further legislation, but these episodes explain more about when we pass laws than how far our gun laws can be pushed as an instrument of social change.”

(Zimring and Hawkins, 1987, p.191)

The Statement says to me that gun control is a socialist democratic ideal, something that the founding fathers of our nation were against. this is one of the reasons they preserved the peoples right to keep and bear arms. But the only way to have a true grasp of the meaning of the Second Amendment is to read the Founding Fathers true intents of the purpose of the peoples right to arms. These concepts can be found in the federalist papers, the anti-federalist papers, the Militia Acts. Once we read the original concepts ‘We The People” of the current society should be more cognizant of our responsibility to ourselves and to the United States Constitution and We the People can better ensure our nations sovereignty.

To those that claim that gun control is about crime control, the only true way to control violent crime is to enforce the laws that are already on the books, not to treat the law abiding citizens as future criminals, and to try and sentence the criminals for their actions involving weapons and to make examples of the convicted criminals through punishment that others can see the consequences of their action in the hope it will deter future crimes of that type.

An article in the 7 December 2006 Washington Post had an article about a court case that questions the scope of the Second Amendment. Parker v The District of Columbia is a case against the 1976 ban against all handguns in the city limits of Washington D. C. and licensed shotgun which must be kept in the house inoperable by the owners and may not be used for self-defense because the city government considers all citizens with firearms a danger to the public and themselves. the District of Columbia city government also views all of the Districts Citizens are incompetent to defend themselves with firearms. The District of Columbia holds the view that the militia or military is the only group that is allowed the use firearms because of he training the state puts the soldiers through.

Parker v District of Columbia is a case of six plaitiffs that are seeking the means to protect themselves within the limits of Washington D.C. with oprable firearms within their own homes. which is against the city statutes, even moving from room to room is a statutory offense in the Washington D.C. and the city has stated that if the plaintifs violate these statutes even within their own homes that the city would prosecute them to the fullest extent, which is 1 year in prison or a fine or both. The plaintiffs state that these laws are a violation of their Second Amendment rights. Now the Second Amendment states:

Amendment II. A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

(United States Constitution)

That seems to be a well written and very simple statement that is easy to understand, and the congress went a step further and defined what the militia is and who composed the militia in the United States Code, this has been revised over the years and currently defined and composed as:

§ 311. Militia: composition and classes
(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard. (b) The classes of the militia are—
(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and (2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

Now some people are exempt from militia duty:

§ 312. Militia duty: exemptions
(a) The following persons are exempt from militia duty:
(1) The Vice President.
(2) The judicial and executive officers of the United States, the several States and Territories, and Puerto Rico.
(3) Members of the armed forces, except members who are not on active duty.
(4) Customhouse clerks.
(5) Persons employed by the United States in the transmission of mail.
(6) Workmen employed in armories, arsenals, and naval shipyards of the United States.
(7) Pilots on navigable waters.
(8) Mariners in the sea service of a citizen of, or a merchant in, the United States.
(b) A person who claims exemption because of religious belief is exempt from militia duty in a combatant capacity, if the conscientious holding of that belief is established under such regulations as the President may prescribe. However, such a person is not exempt from militia duty that the President determines to be noncombatant.

Well look at that, the militia is well regulated by congress in the United States Codes as well as in the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution. the PEOPLE, as in WE THE PEOPLE, are the MILITIA. Appearantly Washington D.C. disagrees with the U.S. Codes as well as the plain language of the Second Amendment, District of Columbia's Solicitor General Todd Kim stated "We interpret the Second Amemdment in military terms." Mr. Kim also stated to the U.S. Court of Appeals (for the District of Columbia circuit) that the city would also have had the authority to ban all weapons.The District of Columbia has no state statutes to adhere to and hinges entirely on the Constitution of the Unted States of America. Although I do think that the U.S. Codes also applies in this situation.

Judge Laurence Silberman wanted Mr. Kim to show him anybody in the 19th century that interpreted the Second amendment the way that the District of Columbia does and pointed out that the collective right theory did not come about until the mid twentieth century. Silberman was the most critical of Kim's argument and noted that, despite the law, handguns were common in the District of Columbia. (Apuzzo, Scope of the Second Amendment Questioned, Washington Post, 7 December 2006) Silberman and Judge Thomas Griffith debated the meaning of the second amendment language of the militia. ( how stupid can these judges be? Did they graduate from law school? Didn't they learn how to read and comprehend written and spoken English language?) they also asked the question "If a well-regulated militia is no longer needed is the right to keep and bear arms still needed?"

First off the well regulated militia is still needed and so is the the right to keep and bear arms to guard against the possibility of the government usurping the peoples power. Let me quote the most important federal document that laid the foundation of the constitution,

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

The Declaration of independence is just one reason for the second amendment, The Framers of the constitution wrote the federalist papers and the majority of the founders prefered the citizens have the means to defend themselves and if necessary to overthrow the government if the government became destructive to the rights of the citizens.

The bigger question came from the plaintiffs attorney Alan Gura Stated "That's quite a task for any court to decide that a right is no longer necessary," then he (Mr. Gura) asked, " If we decide that it's no longer necessary, can we erase any part of the U.S. Constitution?"

This is very dangerous Constitutional grounds that the courts are treading upon. To declare a Constitutional Amendment no longer necessary is not in the purview of the courts at any level in the court system. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land in the United States that all laws are judged by, the courts do not have the power to declare amendments unconstitutional or no longer valid, the job of the appeallate courts is to interpret laws in accordance with the constitution not to judge the Constitution. This case is the ultimate case in regards to personal freedoms that we as Americans should hold dear to our hearts, and guard with a viciously jealous vigilance. That if the judges over step their boundaries as established in the U.S. Constitution then WE THE PEOPLE should be prepared to take all the necessary steps to protect our rights against this usurptation of power and the Constitution.

I look at statements like these and the only thing I see is cowards that have no respect of themselves and others, they have no courage to fight for and kill for their beliefs. These are people that are nothing but empty shells spewing nothing but empty words. Simply said this type of person is a nothing.

In less than a week there has been three shootings that has occured on school properties in the U.S. There is a very good reason for these occurances, lack of something called SECURITY. Yes schools are supposed to be the most secure enviroments for learning, playing, and after school activities, yet these are the softest targets for criminal activity of any kind. We as a society always think that our children are going to be safe from any kind of an attack at a school, this is simply not so; any maniac with the intention to cause harm will do so at any time. How do we prevent school shootings in the future? This is really a no brainer that is lost on many people, conservitives included.

The answer is uniformed armed security officers, this is the proper deterant to any attack on any school property. Unarmed officers though required to face off against an armed suspect is hardly an answer, as shown in the Red Lake school massacre, the first person shot and killed was the unarmed security officer manning a metal detector at the entrance of the school; what a good deterent he was. There are two problems that affect provision of adequate security for our schools here in the U.S., they are 1.) proper budget for school security and 2.) liberal minded cowards who want schools to present an open atmosphere that invites potential criminal attacks upon children in schools.

In discussions that I had earlier this week in my Introduction to Law Enforcement class, if someone is intent on committing a crime they will, nothing will stop them from doing it, even if there is a perceived adequate security presence. But you have to also think that if someone is intent to commit a crime, they also took the time to plan their criminal activity. the School Shootings that have occurred this week, reflect the fact that they have had planning involved. The Shooting in Pennsylvania was planned based upon the fact that there would be no means of resistance to the Shooters attack, in other words there was no security for the school based upon the Amish Principals of peaceful existence. This morning's shooting in a Joplin, Misouri School was supposedly planned by a 13 year old student who managed to bring a rifle into the school unchallenged, why? The answer once again is lack of adequate security on the school property.

There also comes into play the complacency of society that certain events such as school violence or school shootings will never happen in thier community, it is this complacency that sets up the potential for these criminal acts to happen. Societial ills have evolved and it is up to society to adapt to changes to prevent these ills from getting out of hand. to do this you must go to your local school board, to point out that school there needs to bechange to prevent future acts of violence on school prperty. You need to go to the University or Colleges board of directors, to incease funds to provide training for security personnel and provide equipment for better security for campus protection.

All Schools need to change and train their security assets to better provide for the safety and protection of society's most important asset our children. To be prepared to handle these situations should be a priority for all schools in the U.S. Because it is now no longer an if situation, it is a when situation.

What can parents do about this, well I would say get involved in their childrens affairs and lives, Become a Parent for a change.

Hmmmm.... appearantly the Senate was easily cowed by the protests of a lot of illegal immigrants, that should have been arrested on site and deported to thier country of origin. So our soveriengty is not as important to any of our elected senators to the U.S, Senate. This bill would have made it a federal felony to illegaly immigrate into this country, it would have strengthened the laws against those that knowingly hired illegal immigrants. It would have saved the American constituency millions of tax dollars.

So let me bring up an article that I wrote last year as a reminder of what these impotent polticians seem to forget:

Illegal immigration seems to some to be a hot issue that involves racism, guess what, RACISM IS NOT THE ISSUE, Liberals have flipped this card out to supposedly prove that AMERICANS ARE RACIST. So here are the facts as I see them:

FACT: Legal Immigration is NOT a CRIME. Any immigrants using this method to come to the United States are not criminals. I have no problem with this concept. Legal immigration is good for the US in economic terms. Most legal immigrants are not criminals and they contribute greatly to American society.

FACT: Illegal Immigration IS A CRIME, Therefore ALL IMMIGRANTS USING THIS METHOD TO COME TO THE UNITED STATES ARE CRIMINALS, whether they illegally cross our borders or overstay their visa. I have a major problem with ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. It is bad for the American economy as there is no taxes paid by illegal immigrants, they are a drain on taxpayer money (nearly $310 billion a year in illegally obtained aid on local, state, and federal levels according to the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. This is taxpayer money that can best be put to better use for the American taxpayers, such as education, roads improvement, the United States military, or social security benefits for United States CITIZENS only), and they contribute nothing to American society except criminal activity. A sheriff's deputy shot and killed by an illegal immigrant in Denver, Colorado, who ran back to Mexico to avoid criminal prosecution. A lady murdered by an illegal immigrant in Michigan, who ran back to Mexico to avoid criminal prosecution. A group of woman sexually assaulted in Overland Park, Kansas by an illegal immigrant who ran back to Mexico to avoid criminal prosecution. An illegal immigrant family murdered in a Miami, Florida hotel room, their 12 year old daughter kidnapped by an illegal immigrant, who went back to Mexico with this 12 year old girl to avoid criminal prosecution. Drug smugglers who bring the drugs across our borders to poison our youth. Need I go on. Where and when do we as United States Citizens put a stop to this bullshit. U.S. citizens who support this method of immigration by aiding, abetting, and hiring these criminals need to be tried and punished TO THE EXTREME, by this I mean they need to be tried and punished capitally for treason during a time of war.

FACT: The United States IS AT WAR with those whom seek the total destruction of everything that stands as American or western civilization, including ordinary citizens such as you and I. Being at war means that the United States NEEDS to defend its borders from all incursions of people that intend harm against our nation, whether that is economic, criminal, or Terrorist. This includes all illegal immigrants. The Mexican government is actively undermining U.S. law by encouraging their citizens and Foreign Nationals to cross the borders at areas that are not as observed as say an established crossing point. MS-13, A supposed Salvadorian street gang (I don't think they are a street gang, I say that they are a terrorist organization and need to be hunted down like terrorists and destroyed), is actively assisting known terrorist organizations to cross US borders to better attack our citizens and infrastructure. Supposedly Mexico has caught two iraqis at the border trying to cross into the U.S. Two out how many other potential terrorists that may have succeeded in crossing our southern border to attack U.S. Citizens? That is why I say that we need fixed lines of Military, National Guard and the State's militia to protect our borders lethally against these threats to our economy, our national security, our sovereignty, and our citizens safety. I say it is time for a reality check.

It is going to take another grand terrorist attack, to actually get people out of the state of complacency that they are in about our borders and realize that we are still vulnerable to attack. Maybe the liberals will realize that too (somehow I doubt that, they want to understand the terrorists, give in to everything demanded by terrorists, and help the terrorists; instead of hunting down the terrorists and destroying them).Maybe the conseritives will get it also(though I doubt it, they want cheap labor at the exspense of the American Economy). It is time to get off our lazy ass's and shut down the borders ( except at legal crossing points) and protect what is ours. To those who say that this is to extreme, I say this is our country, we have every right to protect it the way is best and the best way to protect our country is with lethal force. WAKE UP AMERICA, BEFORE IT IS TO LATE.

Solicitation and Conspiracy

Conspiracy and solicitation are both inchoate crimes. The crimes have differences in actions and punishments that vary in statutes from state to state. To see the differences you have to look at the definitions to start and then the statutes that apply to the crime. The Missouri Revised Statutes does show differences between conspiracy and solicitation.

In the textbook Criminal Law Eighth Edition the definition of conspiracy is the crime of agreeing to commit a crime, the statute in the Missouri Revised Statutes reads as:

· A person is guilty of conspiracy with another person or persons to commit an offense if, with the purpose of promoting or facilitating its commission he agrees with such other person or persons that they or one or more of them will engage in conduct which constitutes such offense. 564.016 RSMo

The statute also goes on to explain the elements that are required for this offense and what is required for conviction. The major requirement for a conviction on the charge of conspiracy is that an overt act in the conspiracy must occur. The conspiracy statute recommends what the punishments are based on the level of conspiracy (dependent upon the type of crime being conspired) is.

Solicitation is the crime of getting someone else to do a crime for you according to Criminal Law Eighth Edition. The Missouri Revised Statutes has no real statute against solicitation, according to an article in the May June 2000 addition of the Missouri Bar Journal, Criminal Attempt law In Missouri: Death of a Tale of Two Theories by H. Morely Swingle, Mr. Swingle writes this about solicitation:

· …Solicitation amounting to a substantial step can constitute an attempt in Missouri. {State v. Malasky, 765 S.W.2d 597, 601-602 (Mo. Banc 1989)} The Comment to the Criminal code points out that soliciting an agent to engage in conduct constituting an element of the offense amounts to a substantial step “if strongly indicative of the actors criminal purpose” {Section 564.011, V.A.M.S. Comment to 1973 Proposed code.}

The crime of solicitation in Missouri becomes an attempt and is dependant upon the statute of attempt to prove the case through a “substantial step” of hiring or urging an agent to do a crime for the actor. Punishment of this crime is dependant upon the level of the crime the solicitor wants done and is actually less severe than the punishment of the actual crime.

Solicitation differs from conspiracy in Missouri Revised Statutes as it is considered an Attempt.

Jailing Mental Illness

According to Human Rights Watch in their published Study Ill Equipped: U.S. Prisons and Offenders with Mental Illness summarizes at the beginning of the publication that there are between two and three hundred thousand men and women in U.S. prisons that suffer from some form mental disorder such as schizophrenia and depression, and bipolar Disorder. Also stated in the summary “ an estimated seventy thousand are psychotic on any given day.” How are these prisoner with mental illness dealt with within the corrections domain? On many occasions they are not dealt with at all, and if they dealt with it is dealt with by isolating the prisoner from general population.

Prisons are not meant to be mental health facilities, they are institutions of punishment of convicted criminals, yet those that suffer from mental health issues are sent to prison because of their mental health problems and encounters with the police after a crime has been committed. “Many of the men and women who cannot get mental health treatment in the community are swept into the criminal justice system…” (Ill Equipped: U.S. prisons and Offenders with Mental Illness) The fact that they are sent to prison for a mental disorder can be seen as a cruel and unusual punishment due to the prisons mental health services deficiencies, little or no funding, understaffing, and limited programs. In many cases prison guards have little training in recognizing or dealing with the mentally ill prisoner.

In the 20 October 2001 Issue of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel an article appeared about a class action suit filed in 2000 by two inmates at the Wisconsin Supermax prison alleged that their incarceration was cruel and unusual punishment and violated the U.S. Constitution because of their mental illness. U.S. District Court Judge Barbara Crabb agreed with the claim and ordered five inmates removed to facilities that could better handle their mental health needs. Crabb allowed the class action suit to move forward and the case was to begin in July of 2001 until a settlement was reached 24 January 2002 after 8 negotiations with a stipulation that mentally ill prisoners where not to be incarcerated at all in the Supermax. The Wisconsin Supermax prison was never meant to house the mentally ill, the Supermax was originally meant for prisoners with extreme violent behavior, and repeated escape attempts. The officials had the mentally ill incarcerated in the Supermax based upon the prisoner’s behavior profiles, which did not take into account the prisoners mental health problems.

To summarize, there is a need to better assist those that have a mental illness that may result in a in altercation with law enforcement, that may result in imprisonment, the use of a medical alert bracelet would inform officers that they are dealing with a person that has mental disorder, the police can take that person to the mental health hospital instead of to jail. Better training of prison staffs to recognize potential mental illness that may be present, and more mental health professionals added to prison staffs to assist in diagnosis of potential mental illness of the prisoners, and to help care for the prisoners needs while incarcerated.

Here I am at school...

Lack of transportation hurts. I woke up after a long night of typing up my weekly essay for until 0200 in the morning. I woke up late realizing I had seven minutes to pack my books put on clothes a jacket and grab my keys and get to the bus. this fun thing was done with blinding speed and with a quite a lot of error including forgeting the essay at Home, with a stroke of luck i found that I had printed a copy of of the essay. so I sat at the Pirate Grounds (the college coffee shop.) and typed the copy I had made, washed it up and transmitted it to my instructor. I then caught up on my readings for the class.

Algebra on the other hand is ....is ...is...painful the instructor is incredibly fast in the course. By the time my neurons grasp the concept, she has already covered two steps ahead causing my neurons to whip about trying to find the current concept and causing a brain sprain. I have a test on the 7th, I hope that this test will not be to strenuous on my neurons. until later,

School is Going Great, Except for This One Pesky Little Thing....

I have Started classes at Park University Alll of them are interesting, there is alot of diversity in the classes, the instucters are top notch, But there is one problem that I am having Transportation, My friend is taking me to the classe but he can't do this full time he has his life to do deal with so I have been plastering flyers where ever I can to get a ride to go to the campus. I have contacted the Kansas City Area Transit Authority to see if there was anyway to get a route to the college, they told me that they didn't have the funding. I have also heard rumors to the effect that the City of Parkeville, Missouri didn't want the Kansas City Pan handlers and indigent coming to thier city by bus. I have posted my information on several carpool sites in the endeavor to obtain a ride to where I need to go to class. I have found out that there is more than just me needing transportation to get to Park Univesity, so this is more than just me this is about those, who like me, have to fight harder to get to the Campus to get that that ever elusive College degree.

I went through another hoop tonight, I went to the Student Senate of Park University, I went to shed some light on a problem that affects more than just me. To see if there was a a way to get a resolution to this problem. to see if they could put together a Carpool or ride matching program out there for the students that need such a situation. I also proposed an idea that i hope they will take to the adminstration of the possibility of a shuttle bus from a point close to the university. This issue sparked a alot of questions from the student senators and a huge disscussion of this problem that I hope will brings results for thiose fighting to get an education for a better life.

I am looking for results on this issue and will Ride this down to the end,

VIRGINIA, your little friends are wrong. They have been affected by the skepticism of a skeptical age. They do not believe except [what] they see. They think that nothing can be which is not comprehensible by their little minds. All minds, Virginia, whether they be men's or children's, are little. In this great universe of ours man is a mere insect, an ant, in his intellect, as compared with the boundless world about him, as measure by the intelligence capable of grasping the whole of truth and knowledge.

· Virginia, Liberals are now the new skeptics of this skeptical age and want no one to publicly show their faith as it offends them. They want the government to remove any reference as to where it places it’s faith. They (the liberals) think that any reference to faith is offensive to all. The liberals only believe in what they can see, liberals cannot conceive or imagine all the wonders there are unseen in the world, that is why they want to deny your faith in Santa Claus. That is why they are offended, as they have no concept of faith.

You tear apart the baby's rattle and see what makes the noise inside, but there is a veil covering the unseen world which not the strongest man, nor even the united strength of all the strongest man that ever lived, could tear apart. Only faith, fancy, poetry, love, romance can push aside that curtain and view and picture the supernal beauty and glory beyond. Is it all real? Ah, VIRGINIA, in all this world there is nothing else real and abiding. No Santa Claus! Thank GOD! He lives, and he lives forever. No, I am not Rodney Dangerfield, but I am going back to college to get a degree I have put off for way to long. I am pursuing a degree in Law Enforcement Administration. I figure this to be a logical degree as I have experiance in the field of Law Enforcement as Security officer.

I have been accepted to Park University, got all the financial aid in order and will start classes on 9 Januaary 2006. I will post on anything that catches my attention in classes as well as keeping up my personal rants, observations, experiances, and exagerations of my life.

I don’t care about the mayoral or sheriff’s election, but there were two propositions that caught my attention Proposition H and Proposition I.

Proposition H deals with a ban on manufacture and sales of firearms and ammunition, it also bans the possession of privately owned handguns within the city of San Francisco. The measure has passed. These are the results:

Obviously the idiots haven’t kept up with the news in America lately, New Orleans, Louisiana ring a bell at all? I am hoping for a massive earthquake to hit on the day this law takes effect and wipes San Francisco of the face of the earth. To the smart people of San Francisco who voted against Prop H, Leave now while you still have the right to keep and bare arms. To the idiots of San Francisco who voted for Prop H, stick around; the criminals will be around to show you their appreciation for making their activities against you much safer for them.

Another prime example of how not to be is occurring in commiefornia and all it takes is bunch of idiots in a small-minded town to do it. To the smart people that voted for the right ideals, get out now and go someplace that allows you to defend yourself with the right tools and doesn’t compromise national security by denying it’s students the option of the military.

Cable Television, How many times Does it take to fix the problem?...

We wanted to watch a movie on the In Demand channel so we did all that is necessary to watch the movie, but the program cannot be watched because there is problems with the cable box. We call the cable company to find out what the problem is, it turns out that the cable box won't do In Demand unless it is set on interactive and the only way to have that done is to have the cable repairman come to the house to reset the cable box. we are on the third time that the cable box has went on the blink, because the cable company hasn't the ability to live up to its advertising. My Advice is to stay away from Time Warner Cable, go with dish or what ever Satelite company services your area.

We Have canceled our cable service and switched to dish network, the rates are cheaper and the custonmer service representive was a little more polite than Time Warner. I went toTime Warner to return the cable box and the desk clerk was semi-polite and asked as to why we were cancling our service. I informed her that it was due to the two rude, condescencing, arrogant and unknowledgable customer service reps that handled our problem with their cable box.

Now I have a suggestion as to what Time warner should do with their rude, condescending, arrogant and unknowledgable customer service representives...fire them, take them to an empty field and and put a pistol round in the backs of thier heads, or at least fire them and give them a glowing (literally) reference so they can get a job at a Waffle House. These people are definitly not McDonalds material.

Florida has got Personal Safety and Self Defense Right...

The law abiding citizens of the State of Florida have returned to the ability to defend themselves in their homes, in thier vehicles, in their business, and most importantly in their person. The "Castle Doctrine" went into effect on 1 October 2005. What this means is that a Man no longer has to run away from criminals that invade his own home, that tries to carjack his vehicle, he can stand and fight to defend HIS PROPERTY, HIS LIFE, AND THAT OF HIS FAMILY If you own property you should not have to run away from that you pay your hard earned money for if there is criminal scum that want to forcibly use bodily harm take it from you and you should not have to submit to those that want to cause harm to you or your family. I agree with meeting force with force. I believe in defending yourself, As I have done so myself on 4 seperate occaisions (and never had to fire a shot on any of those occaision), and will do so again if the need arises.

The Brady Campaign to end Gun Violence is upset at this change and is trying to take action against the state and it's citizens by informing tourists to be "careful" and not to get into any arguments with any law abiding citizen in Florida as it might get them shot. I think that these Liberal minded dimwits need to be sued for Libel and Slander by every single law abiding citizen living in the The State of Florida. Personally I think that the Brady Campaign is warning the wrong people, They (the Brady Campaign) need to pass out flyers to the Criminal element and let them know that they may get shot if they commit a crime (such as Rape, Robbery, Armed Robbery, Home Invasion, Car Jacking, Arson of an Occupied Building, Attempted Murder, Kidnapping, and/or Assault,) against an law abiding Citizen. But I think that wouldn't work to the favor of the people they seek to protect , the Criminal scumbags, the want to disarm the law abiding citizen, so any Criminal scumbag (no I do not think criminals deserve any respect, hence the reason I beleive in cruel and unusual punishments for all criminals) will have a safe working enviroment to commit crimes. My personal opinion of people that want to have law abiding citizen disarmed of personally owned weapons, are nothing more than cowards, willing to give in to the criminally inclined, and unwilling to fend for themselves because they expect others to protect them from such criminal activities.

Florida has the right Idea about The Law Abiding Citizen being able to protect himself against Criminal Scumbags, I am waiting for the day that all states in the US allows ALL Law Abiding Citizens to be able to defend themselves from all Criminal Scumbags.

What is Freedom, and what is it's price?...

Okay my last post got off a topic in the comments section, but the last comment really made me think about the words that European wrote but obviously did not think about.

European's first paragraph:

My only true ideals are: love, peace and the right to live. I would include freedom, but it seems to me that this word is corrupted in your country.I'm also an atheist.

These words got me thinking about the Declaration of Independance of the United States of America so I pulled out my history books and re-read the Declaration of Independance of the United States of America (try reading it, European, it might surprise you as to why the United States seperated from England, reading about the past helps in not repeating history, but understanding the heritage of a nation and not wavering from the course set in motion at the first Continantal Congress in Philidelphia, Pennsylvania in 1776.) I also re-read the Constitution of the United States of America just for good measure. European's true ideals are: love, peace and the right to live, would European fight to keep these ideals if someone or Europeans government decided that he and his countrymen do not deserve these ideals to which he claims? My ideals are the same as stated in the first sentances in the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independance:

We hold these truths to be self evident: That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by thier creator certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. - Declaration of Independance 1776

These Ideals I hold onto and guard with jealous vigilance, I will fight those who would try to take these concepts from me, yes I would kill to protect my freedoms from those who would try to take these unalienable rights from me and many other Americans. The Constitution of the United States of America was written after the failure of the Articles of Confederation. The Constitution better supports the concepts that were conceived of in the Declaration of Independance and it shows within the preamble of the United States Constitution:

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic trnquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our prosperity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

This was written to provide a stronger government that works for We the People to secure the Peoples Rights. Who are We the People? We the People is All American Citizens, Regardless of race, sex and economic status. (It hasn't always been this way and a war was fought between the states to change the United States for the better.) The government is elected by the People, The government Works for the People By securing the peoples rights as established in the first ten amendments also known as the Bill of Rights. (read the Constitution of the United States of America, European, maybe you will have a better understanding of the concept we live by.) When I enlisted into the U.S. Army I swore an oath to Defend and preserve the Constitution of the United States of America from all enemies Foreign and Domestic. Even though I am no longer serving in the U.S. Army, I will still fight for and defend the concepts of this nation that makes us free, Freedom has always had a price and that price has always been the sacrifice of blood and lives of the men and women willing to fight for these concepts of freedom. Where is the corruption of Freedom in the United States that European writes of?

Europe is much more diverse and rich in political ideas. Some of them are obviously wrong, fascism and other kinds of totalitarism. The ideas of fraternity, freedom and equality steam from the french revolution (I'm not french).

As I look at Western Civilization History book, I see that Communism is a totaltarian concept that destroyed itself and nearly 40 million lives within a 70 year period of time (destroyed single handedly by Joseph Stalin). I see the facist dictatorships of Hilter and Mussolini, that destroyed the lives of millions of Europeans, that finally were defeated by allied forces under the command of a United States General. and the major part of those concepts of freedom that was won through the French Revolution was fought for by the common French citizen who shed blood and killed for those fundemental concepts. Something that common european citizens are unwilling to do now because they are willing to lose their freedom.

Your history books are about the same thickness as any American history book, and appearantly another form of(and I am thinking you meant to write) communism is repeating itself in Europe, in the ugly guise of socialism. I think you are to blind to see it for what it really is and will get bit by the hand that feeds you. As for being Confused about Communism, Technology and supposed "false" morality, I think that most Americans have no confusion at all (I know that I don't) about these concepts, better than one certain European thinks in the 21 st century.

Freedom is about the choices that we make and what we are willing to do to keep our freedom. This concept is not corrupt, it is only corrupt if we let it out of our grasp and are not willing to fight to keep it.

Where is the United Nations Disaster Assistance for the United States?...

We have provided aid to other nations at thier request and now they sit back and watch while we struggle to do our own disaster relief and their's as well. Looters Looting in Disaster Area....

Looters are taking advantage of the aftermath in the Southern Disaster Area. Now I have a very simple solution to this situation.

The governors of these affacted States can and should activate the National Guard units and need to activate the unorganized militia to work in conjunction with the National Guard Forces.
Enact a curfew, suspend the State Constitution, and declare Martial Law. If this not possible to contain the looting situation, the President or F.E.M.A. need to federalize the National Guard and Suspend the US Constitution for Louisana and Missippi, as well as the States Constitution for Louisana and Missippi, And enact Martial Law.
All looters will be shot on site, survivors will be prosecuted under the U.C.M.J.

These solutions will definitely bring the looters in line. The constitutions can be restored after the emergency is over.

I have asked six questions to liberals and appearanttly they have no serious answers to those questions that are of the most important to any American citizen. This is as I think about liberals, liberals have no solutons or core beleifs that they will risk thiers lives for. Friday Day Out for me and tanis

Tanis and I decided to have a day to ourselves and walk around the city to see the sites and just enjoy each others company. So we climbed aboard the the bus to go to Kansas City's Midtown area.

This Kansas City's newest waste of taxpayer money. It is called The MAX it is suppossedly the fastest way to get downtown. This replaces the old route that has served the main street corridor for thirty years. Taxpayers paid for new stops and buses to the tune of about a half a billion dollars. There was nothing wrong with the old Transit routes, but the city thinks that this will bring more business to the dowtown area, and increase the bus ridership. I can tell you personally that this will will be a fiscal failure for the city transit system. Wasting money to replace something that worked well is just a stupid thing to do period.

We went to breakfast at Chubby's on broadway, yum. Then we walked to the Wesport area.

Everyone thinks that St. Louis is the gateway to the West, the real gateway is at Westport this is where the pioneers provisioned the wagon trains and started their journey westward to settle the plains and all points west. The pioneer spirit resides in the Westport section of Kansas City. There are a lot of bars in this area and on Fridays and Saturdays this is the Shit hole of Kansas City. I have had made one arrest of a Crimanally Stoopid person at a Hotel I worked security for in this section of Kansas City. During the day this place is good for shopping, avoid it as a nightspot if possible.

We made our way down the Seville Plaza, lots of stores, Restaurants, statues and Fountains. Kansas city iS known as the City of Fountains. there are over two hundred fountains throughout the city. I haven't seen all of the fountains in this city yet, not that is one of my goals. I just wanted to see the sights and get out of the house with my love.

Time is a fleeting concept to me, I just can't believe how fast it flies until it is too late. I know it is just the 8th month of the year but it seems to be a couple of hours ago. Do the years go by faster the older you get. I wish that life would slow down a bit for me to take in the sites and smell the roses.

My thoughts of "Over There"

I watched the new FX channel Series opener of "Over There" last night. I think it wasn't fleshed out enough. I saw the soldiers and that was about it. they should have started with a two hour pilot, though Bochco is an excellent writer, there wasn't enough emotion in any of the characters. I have seen more character in paper cutouts than that of the characters in this series pilot. His attempt to capture the attitude of the situation in Iraq fails. perhaps if he were to have gone to Iraq and interviewed our soldiers as well as the Iraqi people involved in rebuilding thier country he may have brought in a bit more of the prevailing attitude.

The first episode had a little to much action in it, there needed to be a little more human element. Bochco's written attitude had me thinking that these soldiers feelings were manufactured to fit the show, not shaped over the characters upbringing in life. In laymans terms this show looks good in packaging, but falls short in actual relevant content. I felt it was empty in lot of ways.

I think this show needs to get in touch with more reality to make these characters more in tune with the situation now occuring in Iraq. The characters need more research to make them at the top of the game.

My Day Out of The House...

Tanis came home from work this morning , tired and hungry. I made her and myself some scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast. We sat and ate the meal and talked of her night at work. we put up the dishes and went into the bedroom so she could get ready for bed. When she was ready , she gave me her bus pass and her debit card. She told me " your mission , should you chose to accept it, is to go to the bus stop get on the bus go to the bank, get money then return to the bus. the next part of your mission is to go to Subway and get me two subs and a sub for your dinner tonight, then return home."

I asked, "And if I chose not to accept this mission?"

She Gave me a Loving look, and said matter of factly, " If you don't accept this mission your head will explode from the implant I put in it the first day we met."

I really need to find that implant...

1223 hrs

Out the door, on the way to the stop for the public mass transit vehicle, in my mind the mission impossible theme is blaring, but I have to get my loves food for tonight. The heat is a danger in itself, thakfully I prepared for this mission I loaded a bottle full of cold water and I packed my backpack with necessary equipment that I might need to complete my mission and taking a camera to document the trip.

The Public Mass Transit Vehicle arrives I use the specialised card given to me by Tanis to board the first part of the mission going according to her design, and I am on my way to my first objective.

1258hrs

I have arrived at the first objective, I am approaching cautiously as possible you never know who might be around to try to surprise you. I enter the card and follow her instructions to the letter. I got the cash. so far so good now off to the stop and re-board the Public Mass Transit Vehicle. and go to the second objective. The suspense is just killing me .

1308hrs

I have arrived at the second objective, Subway, I enter the store and place the order she has given on paper (you have to do that with me, if you don't I will not remember the order and she gets to push the button to the implant, messy) her order gets done without a hitch. Ihave them mark the order so d=she does grab the wrong sack for work tonight.

1336hrs

I return to the stop for the Public Mass Transit Vehicle, the return trip should be as exciting as the trip to the first objective. I stare at the state of Kansas until the Public Mass Transit Vehicle Arrives. I board the Transport and take my seat.

1430hrs

I arrive at the Public Mass Transit Stop that leads me to the path that returns me to home. I walk the path tho home. I steep through the door and go to the refrigerator and deposit the food. and come into the office to type this adventure out for you to read.

James Doohan/ Montgomery Scott....

James Doohan aka Montgomery Scott passed away yesterday, normally I wouldn't comment on his death because I don't comment on a Celebrity if I haven't met them,. well I have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Doohan at a video signing in Omaha, Nebraska back in 1989. Though he was in character at the time of the signing he had a very sincere and straight forward attitude and was very accepting of the fans that came to see him. I am very impressed with people like that, they appreciate the fans and are not overbearing and demanding because of the status they hold (think Prima Donna). Mr. Doohan was a very humble person in my view, he was definitely not a prima donna. James Doohan/ Montgomery Scott will surely keep Heavens Ships in good working order.

The BBC thinks that Terrorists are human too...

The BBC in Britain does not want it's reporters to label the people that conducted the suicide attacks against London citizens as terrorists. They think that labeling these suicide bombers as terrorists dehumanizes them. The BBC's position is that calling the suicide bombers "bombers" should be enough and that they give a human face to these Terrorists. I think that the BBC needs a LESSON in defining words and how to apply these definitions to the people and to the violent actions that these people perpatrate.

Terrorism: The use of force and threats to frighten people into obeying completely.
Terrorize: To fill with terror 2. tokeep power over by force or threats.
Terrorist: A radical who employs terror as a political weapon, usually organizes with other terrorists in small cells, and often uses religion as a cover for terrorist activities.

These suicide "bombers" caused an act of terrorism upon the citizens of London, in the hopes to get the British Government to change its policy and pull out of the War on Terror. The liberal coward elements WANT to cave in to the demands of the "Bombers" and withdraw from the War on Terror. The British Government, I think, knows better to cave into and/or to negotiate with the "bombers". But these are not "bombers", these are Terrorists, Terrorists use acts of terrorism to terroize the population and it's government in the hopes of achieving what they can not get through diplomacy. The BBC needs to realize that the "bombers" are in reality Terrorists and will never change in the terms of the definition. they will continuously use acts of terrorism to try to acheive their goals of islamofascist domination of the world. Don't give in to the politcal correctness of liberalism, call them as you see them.

Illegal immigration seems to some to be a hot issue that involves racism, guess what, RACISM IS NOT THE ISSUE, Liberals have flipped this card out to supposedly prove that AMERICANS ARE RACIST. So here are the facts as I see them:

FACT: Legal Immigration is NOT a CRIME. Any immigrants using this method to come to the United States are not criminals. I have no problem with this concept. Legal immigration is good for the US in economic terms. Most legal immigrants are not criminals and they contribute greatly to American society.

FACT: Illegal Immigration IS A CRIME, Therefore ALL IMMIGRANTS USING THIS METHOD TO COME TO THE UNITED STATES ARE CRIMINALS, whether they illegally cross our borders or overstay their visa. I have a major problem with ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. It is bad for the American economy as there is no taxes paid by illegal immigrants, they are a drain on taxpayer money (nearly $310 billion a year in illegally obtained aid on local, state, and federal levels according to the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service. This is taxpayer money that can best be put to better use for the American taxpayers, such as education, roads improvement, the United States military, or social security benefits for United States CITIZENS only), and they contribute nothing to American society except criminal activity. A sheriff's deputy shot and killed by an illegal immigrant in Denver, Colorado, who ran back to Mexico to avoid criminal prosecution. A lady murdered by an illegal immigrant in Michigan, who ran back to Mexico to avoid criminal prosecution. A group of woman sexually assaulted in Overland Park, Kansas by an illegal immigrant who ran back to Mexico to avoid criminal prosecution. An illegal immigrant family murdered in a Miami, Florida hotel room, their 12 year old daughter kidnapped by an illegal immigrant, who went back to Mexico with this 12 year old girl to avoid criminal prosecution. Drug smugglers who bring the drugs across our borders to poison our youth. Need I go on. Where and when do we as United States Citizens put a stop to this bullshit. U.S. citizens who support this method of immigration by aiding, abetting, and hiring these criminals need to be tried and punished TO THE EXTREME, by this I mean they need to be tried and punished capitally for treason during a time of war.

FACT: The United States IS AT WAR with those whom seek the total destruction of everything that stands as American or western civilization, including ordinary citizens such as you and I. Being at war means that the United States NEEDS to defend its borders from all incursions of people that intend harm against our nation, whether that is economic, criminal, or Terrorist. This includes all illegal immigrants. The Mexican government is actively undermining U.S. law by encouraging their citizens and Foreign Nationals to cross the borders at areas that are not as observed as say an established crossing point. MS-13, A supposed Salvadorian street gang (I don't think they are a street gang, I say that they are a terrorist organization and need to be hunted down like terrorists and destroyed), is actively assisting known terrorist organizations to cross US borders to better attack our citizens and infrastructure. Supposedly Mexico has caught two iraqis at the border trying to cross into the U.S. Two out how many other potential terrorists that may have succeeded in crossing our southern border to attack U.S. Citizens? That is why I say that we need fixed lines of Military, National Guard and the State's militia to protect our borders lethally against these threats to our economy, our national security, our sovereignty, and our citizens safety. I say it is time for a reality check.

It is going to take another grand terrorist attack, to actually get people out of the state of complacency that they are in about our borders and realize that we are still vulnerable to attack. Maybe the liberals will realize that too (somehow I doubt that, they want to understand the terrorists, give in to everything demanded by terrorists, and help the terrorists; instead of hunting down the terrorists and destroying them).Maybe the conseritives will get it also(though I doubt it, they want cheap labor at the exspense of the American Economy). It is time to get off our lazy ass's and shut down the borders ( except at legal crossing points) and protect what is ours. To those who say that this is to extreme, I say this is our country, we have every right to protect it the way is best and the best way to protect our country is with lethal force. WAKE UP AMERICA, BEFORE IT IS TO LATE.

My thoughts on the 4th of July....

It is Independance Day, The day that the first congress accepted the revised Declarartion of Indepenance, to be sent to King George III informing him of his transgressions upon the citizens and colonies together, the lack of attention of the greivences presented before him for redress, and the reason for the colonies decision to dissolve the bonds that tied them to Britian. This Fateful decision would lead into a period of war that would secure that independance. Today is a day to celebrate the sacrifices of those that fought for our independance and subsequant freedom. But is this the same nation that they fought for in the past?

I am speaking Constitutional not Confederated. The Articles of Conderation was a piece of crap that needed to scrapped. The revolution was truly served by creating the Constitution. But this Constitution is being slowly eroded by those who would reinterpret the meanings or just plain re-witing the original meanings (that were so plainly well written by the founding fathersthat anyone could understand them). Why are We The People so quiet about these transgressions upon our rights that were guarenteed by our forefathers? Are We The People now sheep to the government? Where is the America that was brought forth by those whom fought and died for the American Revolution?

As you are celebrating the Fourth of July, think upon the origional concept of our nations birth brought forth by those founding fathers and those that fought to to bring that concept to fruition. If we don't remember those concepts, then the United States of America I read about in history class and still read about is truly dead in my eyes.

The land in the city in which you reside or operate a business on can be taken away from you by your local government and be given to devolopers who can show that it will be beneficial to the local economy. I for see a another civil war coming just because there are a Bunch of liberal commies sitting on the Supreme Court who have a hard time interpreting the Constitution of the United States of America. Are the five that re-wrote the Fifth Amendment really this Fucking Stupid. If I buy a Property it is mine, it has MY NAME ON IT, not the city in which I reside. Setting up new laptop and I fried another Hard Drive...

I have fried another hard drive on my desktop so I am sending it back to the manufacturer for a warranty replacemet. I am using a new used laptop that my aunt sent me to type this entry. My IBM laptop Hard drive also has bit the big one and I have to replace it as well. I hate computer down time. At least I know that I can find laptop hard drives cheap at E-bay.com.

0815 Hours

Arrived at Truman Medical Center East and checked into Outpatient Surgery.

1100 Hours

Called Back to surgical green room, where I strip and put on Butt exposing gown and paper booties and paper cap and lay on uncomfortable gurney to await group of people that want ask dumb questions about my health that were asked the night before this appointment. they ask me to sign permission slips I ask for Tanis to bring my glasses in so I can see what I am signing my body to. Tanis comes into the room to give my glasses to me. I look over permission papers and sign them.

1115 hours

New Male nurse enter the room with IV and needle I ask if he has additional people to hold me down for the procedure. He asks why I tell him what is going to happen if he does not have the additional people, his response is "nobody has informed me of this situation." I told him that I told the nurse that called me the day before of the my violent response to needles. he leaves the room and returns to tell me that I have to look away from him when he sticks me, the male nurse that was around for the first surgery enters the room and tells him to get more people to
hold down for the stick as I will blackout and get violent. new male nurse looks at old male nurse and says "your kidding ?" Old Male nurse holds his hand and says " No I am not kidding." New Male nurse leaves room and returns with additional people He decides to hold my legs at the knees while doctor does the stick with the needle, the Doctor asks me if he can use a local to ease the feeling of the stick. I ask the doctor if it involves something called a needle, he says "yes". I tell him just put the fucking IV in and use the additional people to hold me down for his and thier safety. He rolls his Eyes and says okay.

The new male holds my knees, Tanis put my hand into a wristlock, a Female nurse holds my upper arm the doctor grabs my hand. I feel something cold touch my hand, I growl, the doctor says something, the male nurse says something, Tanis says something, I blackout and only see red and the fight is on. I am trying to get to threat to my body and they are struggling to hild me down for the doctor, I am trying to stop harm that is occuring to me, that is the only thing that is on my mind. I am trying to harm those that ARE HARMING ME. this group now understands that I was not kidding about my reaction, the Doctor is now a believer of what I was warning him about me and needles. Lesson for those so called medical professionals listen to patients that warn you for your safety.

The stick is done. I cool off the new male nurse says i did good I give the get out of here while you still can look. He takes the hint and leaves. Tanis sits with me in the room until they come to wheel me into surgery.

1205 Hours

I am wheeled into surgery. they lay me on the table a nurse places a mask over my face and tells me to take four deep breaths I go out of conscienous and back into my nightmare.

1445 hours

He stands before me holding his AK74 with a bayonet fixed on it , I stand before him holding my Glock 19 pointed at him, we both pulled our triggers, click nothing I throw my pistol at him, he dodges , and then lunges at me with the bayonet, as it enters my body (this last part of my nightmare has not happened as this person is dead, and please don't ask me about it I will not tell you anything more about it ever) .... my eyes open, I am in the recovery room. I have a sharp pain where I felt the bayonet enter in the last point of the nightmare. I moan a nurse comes to me. "Evan, How are you feeling?" the nurse asks. I tell feel like I was stabbed with a bayonet. "On A scale of 1 to ten how does the pain feel?" I tell her it feels like a 9. " I will be back with some painkiller" she says. She returns and put something into my IV tube. About fifteen minutes later she asks how my pain feels I tell her it feels about a 9. she returns with something a little better than morphine. Sha asks me how the pain feels now I tell it feels like 7 . she tells me I am going to give some more, I tell her no, lets give the medication time to work, I also ask her for some water, she brings me some ice. five minute later "How is your pain feeling now?" she asks. I tell her it is about a 3. She tells me I will go to the outpatient recovery room in about thirty minutes.

1535 hours

I am returned to outpatient surgery, another nurse takes over my care. She asks if I am feeling nauseous. Surprisingly, I am notfeeling nausea this time. She asks me what I would like to drink, I ask for a sprite. I tell the nurse as she returns that I need to go to the toilet. Tanis returnsto help me get ready to go home.

1730 hours

Home. Called relatives to let them know that I am fine and recovering.

Kansas City Discovers Identity of Precious Doe

The Police in Muskogee, OK and Kansas City, MO finally have officially put a name to the Precious Doe, she is Erica Michelle Maria Green. She was murdered by her step-father and mother. Her own parents were her MONSTERS. According to reports her step-father MONSTER kicked her in the head during a DRUG INDUCED RAGE and left her on the kitchen floor for two days until she stopped moving. They (the PARENT MONSTERS) took her body to a church, decapitated the body with a set of hedge clippers, put the head in a plastic trash bag threw it into a trash bin, then dumped her body in the woods at 59th and Kennsington street. Then the Mommy MONSTER thought it was not right to leave her daughters head in the trash bin, went back to the trash dumpster got the trash bag with her daughters head in it and took to the woods at 59th and Kennsingtom street and dropped it off. The police had already recovered the body the day before. WHAT A CARING PARENT.

I can't comment on the process that took four years to get the name. But I can comment on the MONSTERS that were her parents. These MONSTERS need to be put to death for this crime, but they also need to be tortured psychologically until thier executions, they need to see the pictures of Erica on the walls of their cells, I don't mean the pictures of her while she was alive, I mean the pictures of her body after thier deeds with the words "YOU DID THIS!" in large blood red letters. I wan't them to know why they are going to die. Erica's Monsters need to be decapitated with Hedge Clippers as well.it would be nice to have this happen publically, to show thoise that these are the consequences for that particular crime.

I hope that these people get what they truly deserve and that they burn in hell. They have no place in life and they don't derserve to live. I think it is time to bring back cruel and unusual punishment for convicted criminals. no more cable television, no more exercise areas, no more taxpayer funded luxeries. they have commited crimes and they need to learn the consequences of thier crimes. Fuck The ACLU. I think gets my rant out.

I know this pet peeve of illegal Immigration is probably grating on your Nerves by now, good if it irritates you then find a way to constructively stop illegal immigration to our country. Now the reason for this title, appearantly a TWELVE YEAR OLD GIRL (whose family is in the United States illegally) was kidnapped by a friend of the family. Now this friend of the family is also an Illegal Immigrant with a violent criminal record in both the United States and Mexico (wow isn't that nice of El Presidente Vincent Fox of Mexico to import his country's Criminal scumbags to the US, Why we are not bombing his country back into the stone age is mind boggling). the police are currently looking for these illegals,. though they think that he taking her back to Mexico and may be there already. Why bother looking for them if this Criminal Piece of crap has taken her back to Mexico. Let the incompetent corrupt Mexican Federal Policia look for them. She is probably now a sex slave, making him some funds to set up his new criminal enterprise.

Our borders need to be enforced and more severe measures need to be in place to protect our citizens from the criminals, gangs, terrorists and the low skilled that the MEXICAN GOVERNMENT is encourageing and assisting to invade the UNITED STATES to kill U.S. Citizens and destroy our economy. The use of our armed forces to lethaly enforce our borders is becoming more clear to me every day, why it is not clear to the to our Government is also mind boggling.. Today is goinig normally at this time I took a spunge bath to keep from getting to stinky. I am not allowed to bend over to much until I see the doctor. This make the toilet activity so much fun. Dropping things on the floor is annoying too. I can't wait for Tanis to get home. I am supposed to get a call tommorrow from the office to set up an appointment for a post operative exam. I want the pain to stop so I can get a decent amount of sleepfor a change. I am tired of feeling sluggish at the moment.

I have put up some new entries for Capitain Bleu on his page. He certain is totally different from me as an alter ego, He is definetly a fun charater at the renaissance festivals.

But it was killed when I inserted my processer without switching the jumper to 200 mhz and applying the thermal interface, oops. Now I sit here waiting for the next surgical fiasco to come up. The Day of Surgery...

30 March 2005,

0800 on the way to hospital

0815 in waiting room of outpatient surgerical clinic

0830 in surgical green room(for lack of anything better to call it) change into hospital gown. sit on bed./gurney.

0900 Tanis enters room stay's with me.

0915 nurses enter room with IV and the dreaded needle, Tanis puts wrist into wristlock, I tell one nurse to hold my crossed legs at knees so I don't Kick out. Male nurse grabs My left hand while the last nurse inserts needle into my left Arm. I black out I try to kick out nurse holding legs presses harder down. tanis puts the pressure on my right wrist as I am blindly trying to get needle. Male nurse realizes maybe he shouldn't have grabbed my left hand, the last nurse inserting the needle tells me to relax and tries to pull the needle out. I relax enough to get needle out of left arm she tells everyone it's in everyone keeps asking If I am ok,"get out" I whisper, Male nurse Makes the statement "right got ya" and exits the room holding his hand (I think) the other nurses are trying to get me to sign a paper, I am ready to attack the person who stuck me. Tanis told them to give me time to cool off, they do.

1000 nurse enters room and has me sign papers Tanis still with me

1045 some one else enters room and I sign more papers. Tanis still with me

1200 nurse enters and puts something into tube and tanis is sent to waiting room.And the I am wheeled into the operating room.

1205 mask placed over face and I am told to Breath Deep. My usual nightmares start.

1400 I wake up with a jolt, the last part of my nightmare I was stabbed with a bayonet, the stabbing pain was the area that they operated on. The nurses observing me were talking , "when he wakes up he won't remember a thing" I said to them " I remember tha last words spoken were 'take a deep breath' and the last thing I remember was my nightmare I usually have when I am unconscious."

They ask me if I am in pain, these are collage graduates, right? "YES"
"on a scale of one to ten how does it feel"she asked. I responded "I feel like I was stabbed with a bayonet in my stomache, so how does that rate on your fucking scale?"
"I'll get the morphine." The nurse said.

"water, now" a male nurse turned and went to get me a cup of ice.

1445 I was returned to another sugical green room to wait until I could piss. they bring me some coke I drink some after a nurse step out room I feel the urge to barf, I hit the light of nurse summoning. As nurse returns as I shoot out a projectile stream of partially digested coke all over my self and and the end of the gurney.

1515 I hit the light of nurse summoning again, and have her take me to toilet, I turn on sink, and let the soothing sound of running water encourage my body to let loose. the yellow waterfall ends an I return to the surgical greenroom to await Tanis who assists me dressing to go home.

1620 tanis goes to pharmacy to get vicodin clone, to ease the stabbing pain that is in my groinal area. The nurse returns with more paper work so I can be further annoyed. I respond with another stream projectile partially digested water that hits her and Tanis.

1730 leaving hospital and returning home spent most of time trying to rest. taken 1 vicodin clone but pain persists.

2230 take two vicoden clones pain decides to take a nap until I have to go to the bathroom, God Fucking ouch. Just the pain alone is enough to rethink the eating and digesting food thing.

that is how yesterday went. Now all I have to do wait for the next 6 weeks for phase 2 of my hernia, the left side.

My Stoopid Question of the Week...

I am going into the hospital this week for a two part operation on my hernia, I don't think that I am totally prepared for all that can happen. I am someone who does not like to be under the someone elses control of my life. I am also looking at the fact that I can possibly die on the table. This is a possibility that I don't want to face just yet, at least not without a fight. I am not looking forward to this at all. I am hoping they have enough people to hold me down when they try to insert the needle in my arm for the anastethsia. I do not like needles at all, I become very combative when needles come near my body, I tell the doctors and nurses this information so they can take the necessary steps to do what needs to be done.

My stoopid question is:

How do you prepare for medical procedures, is there a way to be prepared for something that is beyond your control?

System upgrade Disaster...

There I was setting up the new mainboard with the new ram and such when i thought I had done everything right, I flipped the switch it briefly came up; and suddenly went off with brief smell of a flash fried CPU. Yep I fried my my CPU, I forgot to apply the thermal paste. now after waiting to put the mainboard into operation for two month I now have to wait until I get enough to buy a new CPU. At least I have Most of everything Iwant to put into this new pet. So now I make do with this underpowered ancient laptop.

As you know I have been absent from the blogosphere for a while. I am in the process of switching to a summer chore schedule for this year.life here is getting a bit hectic. I have an appoint to reschedule my hernia on the 24th. approximately a week after this I will get the first part of the surgical procedure. about five weeks later I will get the second part on the left side. so things will be spordic at most for me. I am work on my scripts for my sword play show. But Rest Assured I am working upon this site to entertain the five or six of you that like to come here and read my insights and stories.

Earlier Tanis and I had to make a hard decision involving our dog MacGyver. The decision was a very painful one that we felt wass best for him so he wouldn't suffer inthe long run. like I said earlier this decision was something that would eat at me for the rest of my life. I can not speak for the feelings of Tanis, but I can feel the pain she is bottling up.

Life or Death, The Ultimate Decision…

Tanis and I had to make a very difficult decision today; we had to decide upon the life or death of MacGyver, our dog. We took Mac in to the vet today to get his shots and to get him Fixed; we found out that he had heartworms. We asked how much it would cost to treat him for the heartworms which was around three to five hundred dollars but the treatment involved low dosage arsenic to which the Veterinarian Stated that Mac’s treatment could kill him anyway (the worms dislodging from the heart into the Lungs or the arsenic). What do you do in that case? To top it off we don’t earn enough money to pay for the treatment.

We decided to put him to sleep, I hate having to make this kind of decision, whether something lives or dies. I know I can do it, but the pain just eats at you for the rest of your life. I have faced life and death decisions in my career as a Security Officer I have only had to draw my pistol twice in my entire career and never had to fire because the people who forced my hand realized I was serious about the defense of my life and the lives of others. Should they have continued with their actions I would have fired and taken their lives to prevent harm to myself and to others in the area at the time. It is a decision I don’t like to be forced to make. It is the same for MacGyver, we decided based largely on the fact that he would be suffering in all the cases and rather than have him suffer it would be better that he be put to sleep.

Needless to say, Tanis and I are heart broken with the loss of a member of our family: we are taking some time to grieve the loss and cope with the decision that we made to end his suffering.

This Story from CNN caught my Attention today, Stinger Missiles may be in the wrong hands. Not just a few Stinger Missiles, but thousands of them that were sold on the world black markets. This dandy news comes from a GAO report quoted by CNN whether it be true or not, we should be Maintaining better control over the weapon systems we create.

Let's intertwine another story that I wrote about, the Chechnian Incursion between Mexico and Arizona, What if they have several stinger missiles with them. What if these terrorists campout on the flight path of an airport or airbase, we can see what the end result is. I think we then see that the war will still be here. Then you might see the reason for militarization of our borders, you might see that if the lethal enforcement of our borders can stop potentential terrorists from crossing unguarded crossing locations we can prervent this possible Clear and Present Danger. Illegal immigration would probably cease all together.

Any weapon can be used Effectively to create terror against our nation everything from a common screwdriver to a 747 passenger plane. We need to be a little more vigilant with who we let play with our toys.

I just messed up my Sleep period again...

I hate when my sleep period just gets ripped to shreds, I mainly work late night that is is when most security work happens, but lately I have been rotating my sleep period. Tanis works the 10pm to 6am shift I try to do the same i do the housework while she is working. At the moment I am waiting for the Surgeon to call me to reschedule my surgery for my double hernia. i have to staty up all day waiting for his call I have been doing this for the last two weeks. I am hoping to get this done so I can get back to work to take care of my obligations.

So now I can't do my chores while she is asleep because the noise will wake her up. and I have to sleep at night just so I can stay asake for the phone call. Man this really blows. enough Ranting and time to go to bed.

Are there Terrorist seeper Cells in Kansas City? Listening to the radion talk show, there are rumors of terrorist sleeper cells. Well lets think about what nice juicey targets that exist here in Kansas City that can Paralyze a large section of the United States. Kansas City has the sencond largest Railroad hub in the United StatesI think that would be a very ripe target to hit. We have other tagets as well Sprint is a viable target, if I were a bad guy wanting to destroy a major communication company and its central switching station I would attack it. Power Stations through out the city are very viable targets as well as some EHPLs (Extreme High Power Lines) these targets can paralyze a lot of small towns that get power from KCPL. I think that this is a credible threat.

How did these possible Sleepers cell get here, well let's think about that question a bit, some could have been here since the 1988 Arab Leage Convention that was held at the Bartle Hall Convention Center. Yep a very little known fact that always is skipped over by people who think that terrorist were never the primary sponsers of that convention, that is where they planned and schemed the attacks upon American sovereignty. Now the next possible entry point thay could have from, MEXICO, the fact that Mexico encourages Illegal emigration is a tempting country to use as an infiltration point (hence the reason I am for Lethal Enforcement of the United States borders). Another entry Point The International Airports. time to start a more thorough biometric identification system to identify those known as terrorists.

It is time to start protecting the low profile and high profile targets that beg to be hit because we don't think that they will atacked. The bad guy's are waiting for the opportunity to attack us, usually when we let our guard down. they will look for the target that has the least protection and exploit it. It could be anything from power substations, to a water filtration plant. The Personel that maintain security at these Low and High profile targets need to be armed and trained to deal with the these possible terrorist threats head on.

I have been trying to catch up on life at home, between recovering from injuries and illness , I feel like I am on empty. I walked Mac, boy that was fun walking a dog with a strained ankle. After limping up the hill with him, I feel like I was hit by a super sized fly swatter. Have you ever bee to tired to Sleep? That is what I am feeling right now. So right now I am taking some extra time for myself to recouperate so I can finish up some shopping and houshold duties.

It is Time To Militarize Our Southern Border...

This Article, Chechen Terrorists Probed, caught my attention. The reason it caught my attention is that they crossed our border with our southern neighbor Mexico. This just pisses me off to no end. That Mexico provides the means to assist illegal immigration to our country (an act of war in my view), is also assisting these terrorists in their operations against our nation. It is time to militarize our borders, to stop this invasion of our sovereignty.

If people want to immigrate to our nation they will do so LEGALLY, if people want to immigrate to our nation ILLEGALLY they DIE at the hands of our ARMED FORCES. It is time for extreme measures to protect our national rights. I have no problem with accepting those want to immigrate to our counrty to pursue their happiness as long as it is done LEGALLY.

The Job of enforcing our borders is up to the US Border Patrol, and they are so over extended that enforcement of the border is difficult at best. The Terrorists that may have crossed our border at a mountainous region that the border patrol has difficulty patroling will be exploiting that point until we find a way to plug the hole ( I suggest Land Mines, both Anti Personel and Anti Vehicle). I think that this should be a time to realize that we are at WAR and it tme to kill those who would ILLEGALY cross our borders, it is time to use our ARMED FORCES to lethally enforce our borders. I am sure that this will royally piss off the LIBERAL SOCIALIST DEMONCRAPS, because of their view that this is insert reason here, what ever reason they come out with would still be wrong. These are invaders that are being helped, endorsed, And encouraged by a Foriegn Nation (Mexico) to INVADE the United States.

In order to get treament at greatly reduced cost I have to get verification that I am unemployed, they told me that I had to have this proof from the State of Missouri Office of Unemployment Insurance. no other sources would suffice. So I called that state office, The condescending voice at the other end, after I got through the automated press one for english press two for spanish, what is your social security number , have you work at all in the last 18 monthes please hold for the next available representive who shouldn't be working because he is a stoopid liberal that majored in social engineering for the Demoncrapic Party to spread your hard earned dollars to those who don't deserve it types for the third time responded. Hear is a Small excerpt from this conversation:

Social Engineer:(in a tired momnotone voice) What is your name last name first, first name middle iniitial.

SE: What is your Social Security Number.

Me: XXX-XX-XXXX

SE: It says here that you have not worked since October of 2002, is that correct?

SE: Well since you put it that way, you wern't eligible for unenployment anyway, you have to have been employed for 12 months before you can make your claim .

Me Sir if that is the case I want the money that I paid into this worthless program since 1984 returned to me forth with and still want my UNEMPLOYMENT verification.

SE: But this money is given to those that have lost thier jobs....

Me: Sir, you don't want to hear my views on this communist piece of sh*t program do you? All that trouble just to get a letter to verify that I am unemployed, I don't want the benifits, they wouldn't be enough to cover I would need to take care of anyway, Why is there these snobbish social engineers/workers anyway they get paid to do what exactly? I had to sit and listen to that automated machine explain to me what I had to do to receive the benefits, I know it is there in case you need it, but to tell the truth I really would like to see it dissolved, it (like the other communist welfare traps) is the most abused system in America, I don't think having a safety net is the way to encourage people to work. If you want an income then get a job. I don't like going the way I have to go to get medical attention, unfortunately it is all i have to get me back in the saddle and employed.

Today is my birthday, I view it as no big deal really, though others in my family see it as something to celebrate, that it is something to throw a big party for. I personally don't see the poiint. I usually now spend the time alone in reflection of the last year and try to find something to make my next year better. I am going in the hospital for outpatient surgery on my double hernia on 2 Febuary. they said that this will be a two part operation. since the hernia is on both sides.of my body. This is the first time I will have surgery on my body. I have always tried to stay away from the doctors as much as possible, Mainly for thier safety, I have a BIG problem with needles, So big that I will respond with force and have tried to stick them with the needles before they try to stick me. The scary part is that I black out when this occurs. When the doctors tell me that they need to give me a shot or they have to draw blood, I advise them that they will need people to hold me down for thier safety, they usually roll thier eyes thinking that I am telling a story to scare them, as is usually the case after the event that they tell me not to come back after the experience of truth of my situation. It is a blind rage that I can not stop for some reason.

The last time I went to the doctor they needed to draw blood from my Arm, I gave them the standard warning that made them pause and tell me that I should come back later when they could get the manpower to proceed with the procedure. the next week Tanis two nusres and two doctors were ready. I laid down crossed My Legs and had tanis put my left arm in a wrist lockthe doctors kept hands on my knees to keep me from kicking out and the nurse kept my right arm in a straight position so the other nurse could stick the needle in. I turned my head and closed my eyes. They put a squeeze ball in my right hand, I guess for stress relief. The nurse with the needle stuck me and the rage hit, the only thing I saw was red.Tanis was struggling to keep control of my left
arm while was trying to get the needle. the doctors were doing a good job keeping my legs from kicking out.
after about ten seconds they were done drawing my blood. the nurse left quickly and thedoctors were praising me for the good job when I just looked up and in a quiet ice cold breath said " leave".

They took thier time leaving when Tanis told them, " you might want to step out of the room and let him cool off."

The Doctor asked why, then turned to see the look I was giving him, The look of a enraged tired person ready to commit mayhem, The look I give Criminally Stoopid people when they cross the line on the posts that I have worked. The doctor finally got the point and said, "right gotcha" and hurriedly left the room to give me time to cool down.

This is not something that I like, but it is something that happens, I try to keep control of myself when doing things like this for my health, is there any way to keep this from happening again? in my case, I doubt it.

It is a good book and well worth the $17.95 Tanis spent for it.

the audience Laughs and applauds.

He begins by telling the audiance that it is good to back home where he grew up. when he was picked up he was asked what he would like to do before he went to the book signing.. " I wopuld like to go to the farm I was raised." So they went to the Address that he provided and found that the farm was replaced with the Kansas Speedway. So he gave an address of the house he lived in after moving from Emporia KS. He was plesantly surpirised to find it was in better condition than he remebered it to be in when his family first moved in. "Ah, the Nostolgia." he said.

He described his visits to afghanistan and Iraq and the morale of the servicemen and women and compared them to the current attitude seen here in America. " I feel that the morals of this country are slipping, but that in adversity the younger people in our services have pulled together and done what had to be done for the security of this country.and for that we should applaud them."

He mentioned that he has been in 75 movies he told us about the ways he auditioned and got the roles in those movies. He made great sacrefices for those roles. He described how he got Mail Call to Television and made it a hit that the History channel is proud of.

He also spoke of the VFW's Unmet Needs Program and that it is a good morale booster for our troops in providing help to thier famlilies whille they are fighting for our country. if you can please donate to this very worthy program. you can view thier web page here.

The effort he made to reach out to his fans, each one of them is impressive he made you feel that you were part of his life. he made you welcome to be there, and he was very humbled to be in our presence. I am impressed by his sincerity and his appreciation of the people who helped him be the success he is. As the people went to have thier books signed he reached out to them , and thanked them for thier support. He is truly a man of the people.

Checklist now complete, I am going to try to talk Gunnery Seargent R. Lee Ermey USMC (Ret.) tonight but if he is to busy then I will write about the event itself and try to take some pictures for the site. I think this going to be a great time. the tickets for this event are a gift to me from my girlfriend Tanis. Thank you , Love.

R. Lee Ermey is doing this event as Spokesman for the VFW's Unmet Needs Program . "Unmet Needs," launched in June 2004, helps military families meet unexpected financial challenges that are further complicated by a family member's deployment. More than 100 families have received grants that have
helped to defray the costs of unexpected home or auto repairs, mortgage payments, child care and medical expenses and/or deductibles, groceries and more.

This may be a birthday present to me, but it is a cause that is worth supporting for those families with loved ones away in the field. Support them and the troops by visiting the link at the very least.

I am going to throw "Full Metal Jacket" in the DVD Player.

How Long Would You Wait in line to See A Movie?...

The line to see Star Wars III: The Revenge of the Sith started 1 January 2005, the first person in line is Jeff tweiten, he has camped out in front of the Cinerama Theater in Seattle, Washington. He will stay there until 19 May 2005, when the film opens. Is he the ultimate Star Wars Fanatic? according to his Site he isn't . He sees it as a unique experience and a last opportunity -- "Revenge of the Sith" is the final film in Lucas' space saga.

"It's about freedom," he explains. "To me, it's exercising my right as an American to do what I want to do, without hurting anybody."

He definitely is the first person in line.

I am Getting A New Book....

I am going to Rainy Day Books today to get a new book and to get some resrve tickets to meet an idol, R. Lee Ermey. Yes the man who prtrayed Gunnery Seargent Hartman in Stanely Kubrick's movie Full Metal Jacket.
The book is titled "Mail Call" I hope it is as good and informative as the History Channel Show. He is going to be here in Kansas City on Wednesday for a book signing and benefit for the VFW. well I have to go and finish some chores. Later y'all.

Have you ever got a bad case of writers block, then the ideas start popping into your head like a snow storm? This happens to me like twenty times a year ( or every two years). right now i am dreading the coming storm. the nuerons have been to the stores buying snowblowers. I am working on a screenplay for an online movie idea that i have and suddenly at point of excitement, i run into a wall and knock myself unconcious. This sucks, Let me rephrase that last word, SUCKS. I hate when that happens. So I am debating whether i should scrap the idea or toss it in the hopper and bring it out for a retry, later. And no you can't know what is until i actually have the film shot and editted on this new mainboard and software that i got for my christmas and birthday.

Now if anyone is interested I am wanting a Digital Video Camera for my birthday... I know, I know it is good to want it builds character. I STILL WANT ONE, damn it.
